Today, after 21 years, i am still the same, i avoid junk food the maximum, i try to equilibrate my meals, and i am practising 3 or 5 hours per week a kind of aerobic and strecthing ( called gym suedoise) ... I don't loose wait! I never tried to! But I am gaining " de belles formes"....
