lol I am sure most of the girls dont agree with this!

And not because I would have any idols, or social pressure, but for myself, to feel good in my body, I need to remain thin.

Though I lost 2 kgs lately, no matter of eating regularly, so actually I also would need to gain weight to be 50 again.

caramel, I would advise you avoid eating bread, eat more fruits and salad! Drink more mineral water, that is healthy by all means!
And of course doing some excercises every day would also help a lot, like jogging or dancing!! Have you tried already Modern Jazz Dance? I think you would like it, and it is shaping the body very nicely!

My diet is on fireeee!!! Actually I used to do Ballet classique, ballet jazz, horse-back riding, gymnastique and oriental dance.. but each time I took in a new activity, I stopped the previous one.. Now I go jogging, do some dancing on my own at home, do some yoga and thats it

I bought a 1 year membership in a fitness center last year.
After signing, i practiced for about 45 mins.
The only time i went back was a few months ago, to stop the monthly bank withdrawl(the pretty lady at the front desk almost convinced me to renew for another year!!)

this might be helpfull since it's working pretty good with me.
it's so hard the first week but u ll get used to it real fast.
stop eatting bread, junk food + pepsi... (everything contains lot of sugar)
have 3 meals a day
don't eat after 7 pm
jogg/walk about an hour a day
u won't only lose weight but u ll have a nice body at the same time.
if u follow this steps real good u ll lose about 6-7kg/month and gain muscles.

Dan, if i follow your hint, i will be erased ! I am just 47 kg, eza 7 per month! oupssssssssss!!!!!!

Since my childhood, i hate Coca Cola... It is a drink with all mirenda , seven up that i hate and i always refuse to drink!
Then, i always prefered to eat bazella w riz than Hamberger!
When i am hungry, ma bla2mech chips w chocolat, but banadaoura and fruits!
Then mum refuses to te2lé at home! If we want fries, go eat them outside the home! Ela chi 2 or 3 years mich 3emlé batata me2liyyé bel bet!

My mum used to tell me that i am really a special little girl! I am the contrary of all the children on earth!

Today, after 21 years, i am still the same, i avoid junk food the maximum, i try to equilibrate my meals, and i am practising 3 or 5 hours per week a kind of aerobic and strecthing ( called gym suedoise) ... I don't loose wait! I never tried to! But I am gaining " de belles formes"....

you're another case,
caramel said that she was close to 90kg!
and she wanted a fast way to lose weight so i gave her the hard way which i m applying.
when i was a kid i was very thin comparing to other children my age then when i reached 16 i gained about 20 kg within 4 months i had extreme changes in my body and i was stable at 83 since about 2 years then i decided to lose weight lately to reach 70kg i am now 76 i need to lose more 6kg to achieve my goal :)
