this is what 2 coaches told me. (& a doctor also)

Those fat burner pills have side-effects on health.They prevent fat soluble vitamins(A,E,K,D)from being absorbed ,thus leading to deficiency.
The best way caramel is minimizing your meals,prevent heavy dinners(do not dine after 7 o'clock except for some fruits like an apple or a pear).Walk for 30 minutes everyday or do some aerobic excercises for 20 min.
Do not go for pills ,badges or other jokes because they either have side effects or do nothing at all.

actually ,fat burners do contain vitamins A E K D , + they contain amino acids , u just have to get the good brand thats all .
+ there are no side effects at all ..


anyways , if u dont wanna take them , go for this , drink as much as u can black coffee :) increase the cafeine in ur system , that will boost ur metabolism ;)

hmmm :) are you talking about B12 or ?

anyways these products are not being tested now , they are perfectioned while ago so that problem doesnt accure at all , and in worse case scenario , take some multivitamines :P

but again , fat burners ( universal or gnc ) are very good , use them.

I go to the gym 3 times a week .... Im into aerobics and stretching exercises which is great ..Somtimes weight lifting .. Cant seem to be able to live without the Gym these days !Only problem is I think I need some scotch tape to stop me from eating !!!!
Is the Fat Burner " L- Carnitine" from "Nutra-life" Good ?Has anyone tried it ?

yes di , the fat mobiliser , with L-Carnitine from nutra life is good , but....


if u take it with no sports then it has ZERO effect .
take 2 b4 the aerobics ( 30 minutes b4 )

oh and when u buy it n open it , lemme know ur feeling
