if you want to loose weight well don't go to this thread "Famous Foods or Dishes in Lebanon" just the look to those delicioous plates can give you extra weight

but anyway when i was at the gym i gained like 6 kilos but in 2 BIG YEARS!!!
i was on the right track as my coach told me but in th war i settled in Fern l Chebbek & i left Martakla & the gym...
halla2 i lost like 4 kilos so i'm still 7 kilos behind my goal.
i'll try what u told me like focusing on eating the food that is high-concentrated in sugar.

well talking about diets I have to tell u this story !

the otherday I was at the pharmacy and this lady rushed passed me pushing me away from the counter desperate for help !!! she goes to the pharmacists please u hav to help me ! You have to give me somthing Now!!I have put on 10kilos since the war began and I want somthing to shut my mouth up from eating ... just anything will do !!! anything !!!and she was nagging about how much she was eating and all due to stress and so on ...As the pharmacist was thinking and thinking and asking her how she managed to put on all those kilos in 2 weeks , I was in a hurry and waiting pateintly for my turn to come.. I looked at the pharmacist and said " Easy !!just give her a peice of scotch tape to put on her mouth!" pharmacists bursted out laughing but the lady didnt like the idea so much !
