Default Diet - 14th March 2006

it's been months i m trying to lose 5 kg
i am 81 kg and 180 cm
i want to reach 75-76 kg
since then i started getting thiner everyone is telling me i m much thiner and some are telling me that i look like i lost 15 kg my clothes are all getting very large.
but i m still 81kg. how come?
what's the best way to diet fast without having any problems.

If you're working out, you lose the fat and u grow muscle. Don't relate this with the common misconception of transforming fat into muscle. They are both completely different things, so basically the increase in muscle is contributing to the weight.

True muscles weigh more than fats so dont worry ..buti have a super advice if you wanna lose more...come and join teaching kids nowadays make you lose wight soo fast ask me...hehehe

looooooooool, i never thought about this.
it might help but i prefer keep on my exercises instead of teaching kids :P

oh yeah i am very slim though i eat lots but never gain a gram...but kids ..well make u lose all ur energy..as they require lots of patience and effort to work with speciall those new generation they are amazingly smart

The best way to diet fast without having any problems is not to diet fast.

The faster you lose weight the faster you'll gain it again when you stop your diet.

I lose and gain weight every month or two because I'm impatient with long diets.

Dan, If you Lost weights and gained Muscles instead, You dont look very thinny.
Actually Muscles Help you out to be in a good Shape, but never very thinny.UNLESS you are an athletic Person, and when you started your diet you stopped exercising Sports, hence you lost the weights of your muscles too.

appearently, You Lost the water that was stored in your body, with the fats, consequently You Look very thinny.

dont worry its not harmful...

My advise :

DRINK WATER as much as You can on daily basis.
If you want i can provide you with a very easy and healthy diet.

i drink too much water especially when i eat i know it's not healthy but i can't eat without drinking and also i can't eat without bread.
but i eat twice a day whether breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
and i m in love with fastfood :P
but i don't eat that big quantity.

Are you On diet or what !??!that's what I understood from Your First Post!

Dan, By Only Eating twice a day You are not going to loose weights.
You have to have a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner.

what about fastfood while you are on diet ?
if you so much in love with those fastfood, i advise you to take " xenical" LOL..two pills a day would be enough :P

xenical is kind of drugs lool :P
it's true that i like fastfood but it doesn't mean i eat too much
1 or 2 burgers maximum and that's it
i wanna lose weights fastly i mean about 1kg a week is it possible?
