Dan, If you Lost weights and gained Muscles instead, You dont look very thinny.
Actually Muscles Help you out to be in a good Shape, but never very thinny.UNLESS you are an athletic Person, and when you started your diet you stopped exercising Sports, hence you lost the weights of your muscles too.
appearently, You Lost the water that was stored in your body, with the fats, consequently You Look very thinny.
dont worry its not harmful...
My advise :
DRINK WATER as much as You can on daily basis.
