I am very interested in these crystal healing techniques.
How can we get these crystals. I mean how are they specifically chosen? Should it be carved in any special way?

u can find them in some special shops for crystals and gemstones they r few in lebanon and its up to u to choose any crystal u like u should feel it first when u hold it in ur hand . It doesnt matter what shape it got some comes as trees where u can put it in ur house or office and some comes as animals geodes, jewellery and carving . Ancient people valued crystals for their magical and spiritual powers. Rulers wore rings and crowns set with precious gem. Healers used crystal amulets and gemstone remedies for healing and protection .... so its up to u to decide wich one u want to have , sometimes u can choose it after ur birth sign or for the chakras it depends

Chakras are energetic-sensitive centers of a man. They are also important centers of "Circulation" of Life Energy. According Yoga tradition each chakra has its exact place on a physical body. That place is called chakra's "kshetram". Majority of shools take that there are seven (main) chakras, which are connected with central channel along back bone. The first and the seventh are single, while all the rest are doubled (they exist from the front and back side of the body). Chakras can be activated only if one starts from the first and goes in order - it is what Yogins say. Once opened chakras can go back to sleep but once the third chakra is opened (and all above it) there is no way that any can be closed again.

As discussed on the aura and the chakras , color vibrates in the body along the meridians through the chakras. When one of the chakra centers is out of balance, it effects other centers. In other words when one chakra center is out of balance, you are out of balance. One way to balance the chakra centers is through meditation. It is also through meditation that you can discover whether you are in balance. Meditation can be used to both discover whether we are in balance and to obtain balance.

Sodalite is a member of the feldspathoid group. These minerals are chemically similar to the feldspars but have considerably less silica, forming from alkali-rich silica-poor melts.
