As a general rule, it's better that a dermatologist doctor prescribes your skin products if you have a sensitive skin, heik you avoid any future problems.
My mom prefers dermatological products too!
I thought these products were safer to our health but I read that Yves Saint Laurent and Roc have the same center of investigation and even the same researchers, so I don't know how different those kind of products really are. For body I prefer dermatological products (they don't have perfum), since my skin is dry and sometimes irritated.

i think its true but this goes only for beauty care (creams, masks ...) any way i never use the same cream or any other soin (face haire) more then 6 months ...

for the pore Regina i will give you a small advice always clean your face with lait et lotion in the morning and in the evening before using any cream (jour/nuit) . never sleep with makup on ur face this is bad very bad for the skin !

yes this is true and proven by dermatologists. If you use always the same product, the bacteria gets used to it and finds a way to fight it and comes back. Hence you cant keep using a product for so long because they will get use to it and will come back.

In the evening I always use a makeup-off foam and a cleanser; in the morning only the cleanser.
My cousin has oily skin and she tried to use a very simple thing called Magnesia Milk, sold in pharmacies, as a lotion (tonic). It was ok for her, and for a friend of her who has mark of old mild acne, but it's too hard for people with combination skin! But I agree this is one of the best deodorant for girls and women.

Thanks for all who replied about skin getting used to the same cream after awhile, I am much more informed now.

NIVEA CREME... and believe me its fantastic as a treatment as its contains an ingredient that helps skin restore its own protective barrier.

Face Mask
Smear an extra thick layer of Nivea on your face and leave for 15 minutes. Soak a flannel in hot water and place over your face. Wait until the flannel reaches room temperature and then pat your face dry.

Hand treatment
Rub onto your hands before you go to sleep – when you wake up you will have soft hands that feel like they have never done a day of cleaning in their lives.

Foot treatment
Wash your feet and then massage Nivea into them. Wrap your feet in a towel and keep them raised for 15 minutes.

Refreshing Ice Mask for stressed skin
2 teaspoons of Nivea Crème, 1 towel as a compress, ice cubes
Store the Nivea in the fridge and then apply to your face. Dip the towel into water with the ice cubes in it and press to your face.

Rich Mask for Dry Sensitive Skin
2 teaspoons of Nivea, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Stif the Nivea egg yolk and oil together until the paste is pale yello and smooth. Paint onto your face and elbows straight away with a pastry brush (avoiding eyes). Leave for 15 minutes and then gently wash off with warm water.

Honey, 1 teaspoon of Nivea
Combine 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of Nivea. Dab onto your lips frequently for lovely lips.

i hardly get tanned cz i have very white skin and have to use high sun screens.
I dont like tanning powders and they'r not for whole body. After solarium skin gets too dry, and every self-tanning lotion i used makes skin smell bizarre after a day, so im always so white

What Nivea product are you talking about, the old Nivea blue box? Nivea has now a lot of products but this blue box is the only I like.
In the winter, at night, I massage Nivea into the foot and then I put worsted socks, and I sleep with them. In the next day the foot are smooth and moisturized! But you must do this every day.

Yeah, please recomend me something too! I have the same problem as arbre. I always use high sunscreens because my skin is very white and because I want to avoid skin cancers in the future. I never tried solariums because I heard they are very dangerous, and I don't have very good experiences with self-tanning lotions...

So, caramel could you tell us what's the best self-tanning lotion in your opinion, please? Thanks in advance!!
