is it addiction, or just a ritual?
i thought i would share this thought with u guys. And then, after my meeting i went out grabbed a French vanilla floavored coffee, and a chocolate brownie...nothing changes For me, i consume between 4-5 doses of cafeine a day.
how about u?
Addiction or Ritual???

You are only addicted when you allow yourself to be addited. It's all mental. You can only determine that!

Well, it's a habit. You consume caffeine, alcohol and sodas on a daily basis then it becomes a habit. Humans always look for comfort and we turn to what makes us feel good and some of those are comfort foods, comfort drinks and even some unhealtly comforts such as smoking and fast foods, because of it is convenient.

i guess the problem is that drinking coffee is an habit but to solve the problem we have 2 study the reason of this addiction cz each action human action have a reason ,psychological reason ....action dont come from the nothing there is always a reason ...maybe in this case : we can say its a running of dreams ...cz coffee "mounachet" so we dont sleep if we were sleepy ...once u drink it u wont sleep so u dnt dream
there is another reason it could be an attachment to life ...reality ....or kamen it could have a meaning " scare from death " cz sleeping is like death or being awake ya3ne NO DEATH

Each and every one of us is unique in there own way of thinking in which makes it inetersting on how the human brains works and reacts.

You would have to do an intense reseach in order to figure out what things trigger the brains and how it may effect one person from another.

One example: If a person never drank a cup of coffee, then he could never become addidted. He would not know how it feels with or without it. This is why I say, WE choose to make them "as habits" or not...

Icon6 Do you like coffee? - 27th September 2007

Hello,

I am a coffee fan, i like to explore all kinds of coffee. For me , i drink between 10 and 15 coffee everyday. I prefer the espresso, it is my best type of coffee, and i like to drink the shot of espresso "kar3a we7de" instead of takning my time because it looses its somooth taste.

What about you??? do you drink coffee? how often? and what is your best type of coffee?

Thanks.
