coralie is right! green tea is better, but earl grey is also proven to be good, nowadays at night, i'm opting the earl grey without sugar, it gives a relaxing feeling!

noooooooo, i hate so much the green tea, it has such a bitter taste, and I like rather the sweet tastes. So what I am drinking lately: Earl Grey and hot chocolate. And as lebgirl said, I was also worried abt that coffee or cappuccino might stain the teeth in the long run, and I guess preserving the whiteness of the teeth is very important.

me too, without sugar by all means, and I like to drink the fruit teas without sugar as well.

What I can recommend in addition, instead of drinking coffee, is the Roiboos tea. I dont know if you know it, its a red tea from South Africa, and has got a very special, characteristic taste.

thanks for the tip!
i'm surelly gonna try the roiboos tea, i have to admit that i never heard of it, but the color encouraged me too, will we end up with red teeth !?
i'm doing my best to reduce the coffee, and of course you have at least for a start, to replace it with something else! ever since i did that, my sleeping hours are more regular, so i'll let you know my opinion regarding the roiboos tea when i try it!

looooool, red teeth would be funny, but no, unfortunately it doesnt have an effect like that
actually the roiboos tea is a very traditional tea, and it tastes a bit like Africa indeed /or at least thats how I imagine the tastes in Africa/

yum, u know what stella i think i tasted it a long time ago and it does taste very good. im gona go to the store and get it again. Im not such a big fan of either green tea or earl tea...i just dont like them, i prefer normal tea with milk and sugar. but still i prefer coffee.

about teeth staining, it is really a pain. I just make sure to go to the dentist regularly for cleanings.

Green tea is very beneficial since studies have shown that it has a strong anti-cancer effect and is a detoxifier. But green tea alone has a null taste,i always add it to to other kind of tea.

Hey, that's interesting! I love camomile tea, but since it has a relax effect maybe it's not a good idea to add it with green tea. What kind of tea do you recomend it then?
