Actually black tea is said to contain much more caffeine than coffee, thus its healthier.
Nowdays I started to drink Earl Grey instead of cappucino, and at least my stomach doesnt hurt anymore.

I drink (nescafe) every morning to wake up fully, but i drink all kinds of coffee but they do not affect me at all even if i drink alot.Only nescafe keeps me awake.
Drinking coffe,is like drinking tea, they have benefits if you drink them in moderation. If you exceed heavily ,you will have nerve problems.Caffeine depletes minerals and vitamins from the body because it binds to them and stops their activity. So if you drink alot of coffee, you might need suppliments.

i used to drink nescafe in the morning, now i feel i can only have coffee! the tase of the coffee mate in the nescafe is not pleasing me, and i feel that it makes me heavy! coffee is better!
and the best way to wake up well is to sleep well and have the coffee!

The best way to wake up well and early is to make yourself forget that you have work the next day... or try to convince yourself that the next day is off.

When I have to wake up early, I can't wake up even if I sleep for 10 hours.
When I have a day off, I wake up at 6:00 AM like if I slept for 20 hours.

i don't agree! now i wake up most of the days full of energy after the 7/8 hours i slept! i have my coffee and head happily to work where i have another coffee too! and i remain awake allday long, till around 5 when i start to feel tired!
plus i can't imagine myself not working! it's one of the best parts! akid i enjoy the week-ends, day offs... but works fills a lot of space in your life! and i leave the 10-12 hours sleeping to the week end!

It made me stop and think. We have truly become the Starbucks generation. we cant start our day without our favourite drug, yes cafeine... we cant keep on going without our favourite drug as well...
is it addiction, or just a ritual?
i thought i would share this thought with u guys. And then, after my meeting i went out grabbed a French vanilla floavored coffee, and a chocolate brownie...nothing changes For me, i consume between 4-5 doses of cafeine a day.
