I used roaccutane once, but my case was very normal and it worked completely as it should.
Ofcourse, you'll til3an else3a awwal shi because bitballish ur skin t2ashib wheik bas ba3dein byimshi el7al.
I can advise you of a doctor in Jounieh, Nancy Mfarrij but I deleted her number from my cell, I don't know if you can find it somewhere.

Roaccutane is a very serious medication and should never ever be used without the directions of a dermatologist. It is a teratogenic (causes birth defects) and has very serious side effects.

Vitamin A is fat soluble and is stored in your fat tissue, so adjusting your food to limit its intake won't make much difference. I suggest you do some lab work to check the levels of roaccutane in your blood and consult with a physician.
