OI
You can find the vitamin A as provitamin A or carotene in those aliments:
- most of the vegetables
- most plants
- fruits
- carrot
- garlic
- onion
- tomato
- spinash
- peach
- mulberry
- blackberry
- chestnut
- banana
- ananas
- cereals
- strawberry
- orange
- lemon
- eggs
- oligo plants
- Milk and moushta22ato kella
In the potatoes, there's no vitamin A
you can find vit.C, vit.K, vit.B,B1,B6
So, you can eat potatoes but not french fries cz the oil contains vit A
Halla2, the vitamin lose it's effects when we heat it but, e7tiyat, eat just mashed potato (maslou2a aw meshwiyeh)

Vitamin A is a family of compounds that play an important role in vision, bone growth, reproduction, cell division, and cell differentiation. We get vitamin A from a variety of sources. Two of the most common are retinol and beta-carotene. Retinol is sometimes called "true" vitamin A because it is nearly ready for the body to use. Retinol is found in such animal foods as liver, eggs, and fatty fish. It can also be found in many fortified foods, such as breakfast cereals, and in dietary supplements. Beta-carotene is a precursor for vitamin A. The body needs to convert it to retinol or vitamin A for use. Beta-carotene is found naturally in plant foods, mostly orange and dark green ones such as carrots, sweet potatoes, mangos, and kale. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Faithful For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

Otherwise, completely avoiding vitamin A can have serious effects, particularly on your vision. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Souss For This Useful Post: | | | Orange Room Supporter

A hypervitaminosis A causes intoxication which looks like a serious cerebral tumor | | | | | Registered Member

actually , no
i will try this only for a couple of weeks to test a theory about roaccutane
this theory is
" my face still peels of even after all this time i stopped roaccutane because what make roaccutane work is that he increase the face's sensibility to something i forgot its name but its an equivalent to vitamin A , aw hek shi "
so what i have is a permanent damage
i was told this by someone who had the same thing , he said avoid vitamin A completely for just one day and u'll notice the difference in peeling and face dryness
so i will try it for a week
btw nayla ba3edneh ekel chocoba (wich contains banana + sherben lemon) LOOOOL , just my luck :p
i thing that i will probably starve and will not be able to do it without vitamin A food | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

kell shi fi Vitamin A te2riban loool
I think you're talking about the beta-carotène or the pro-retinol?
It's better to see a doctor and ask him about this cz as Souss said, a hypovitaminose A could cause many problems as blindness, bones fragility, meagreness..etc
So, it's not a decision that you can take without asking a specialist.
