Default advice for exercise motivation? - 9th July 2007

does anybody have any good advice or hints to help motivate exercise, and what exercises are best? i realize how important it is but it seems i always occupy my time with other things.

Note: i'm not a typical fat american, quite the opposite. i want to start out small but make a routine and gradually build on it. thanks in advance!

Well one thing a friend always tells me is EXERCISING KEEPS YOU YOUNG lol now im currently young, but i dont know if that will help you :)

It's very important especially for your health not just to lose weight. But don't let exercising be a chore. It should be something enjoyable.

i can tell you for me i called it the E word at first ye3ni i never really needed it and i never pushed my self to do it.

But then i started going with friends and not just the typical exercising, but more like sports. swimming and soccer were things i enjoyed more.

I don't know if you're into spin, but spin classes were a favorite of mine we had groups that did them together and they are soo good for you.

You can do it in the form of sports or weight lifting or even cardio exercises. Doing it with friends makes it more fun not as much of a chore. :)

ah motivation, I need that too:P its like a vicious circle after a hard day i feel very tired and dont feel like going jogging, but then if i dont go i will feel just more tired etc...

well usually after a long sleep though i gather the strength for it:D and i hope to do some sports again regularly soon. it will be most probably biking and jogging for now, however how i miss my capoeira and jazz dance lessons! those i recommend you by all means, also a form of entertainment, and will keep you fit for sure!!

Laughter is a gentle exercise of the body,a form of inner jogging !

keep in mind ;

*Go to bed and get up at the same time as often as possible.

*Avoid strenuous exercise within 2 hours of bedtime.

* Drink water and eat high protein food that will help your body and keep it in shape . High protein food will fight your body fat .

easy...dnt think about the effort ( 2eno ufff ma 2ele jlede) think about the feeling after making sports ..think about the results later :)
the effort is nothing comparing 2 the results

exerci:
just pick up the best 4 u ...not the one who make up much in shape
2eno like phisics 4 me = 3y2ab ....u focus on ur effort and u dnt feel the fun in sports
u can play football or BB ( cz bb = u make tri-seps bi-seps 3adal l me3de they work 2 ...plus ur legs will work 2 ....)

for girls : dancing is the better exrc :
when u dance .....all ur body move ....ur soul 2 ( ma3 2eno ma be3teref that she existe:P) and when u dance each CM of ur body will be in shape:)
if u dnt like dancing u can swim its same ta2ryban :)

FAT :
ull burn fat after 15 min ...awal 15 min during ur sport session u dnt burn ...but after those 15 the respiration ( ya3ne 7are2 ) will begin and ba7 fat ...after 2 mnth aw 3 max ull have a gr8 shape and belive me the shape is more imp menl wazen 3al myzen aw l3ared ....u can have 90 kg with a gr8 shape and u will like it more than havin 60 kg or 56 ( girls) without shape 2eno ktefak 2achtyn etc...

diet without sports is like killing ur body the form the shape and the vitamine etc
