No im not talking about old transfers, im referring to those that happened during Salim el Hoss era in the late 1990s. And this isnt to punish Zahle, im saying this out of fairness to all.

were the transfers big enough then to tip the balance of voting power ?

cuz if not, ur case is still way better than that of zahle currently hehe

btw everytime i complain from something happened in western beirut im raided with comments like "These areas in beirut arent for sunna so you cant say the sunna are targeted". So, using the same logic, Zahle isnt for catholics and christians, so get over it.

I know it seems unfair, however that's your logic.

About 30K recently, of course they arent close from tipping the balance. However we feel like there's an attempt to change beiruts identity through buying lands and making transfers. So our fear is as valid as yours.

my only concern in zahle is who has the historical political choice, not who and how he's living there.

zahle is a mixed disctrit but with an identity that now seems to have become all of the sudden blue thx to an influx of last minute political transfers.
