في زحلة، كان رئيس الكتلة الشعبية الوزير إيلي سكاف قد تحدّث عن مخالفات في مجال دفع الرشى، ونقل النفوس، وتدخّل فرع المعلومات في الانتخابات، إضافةً إلى الضغوط التي مارسها بعض رؤساء أقلام الاقتراع على الناخبين. وقال عضو الكتلة النائب حسن يعقوب إن «الجميع تباهى بما سمّوه نزاهة الانتخابات، لكن 10 في المئة فقط من الوثائق الموجودة في حوزتنا عن المخالفات التي ارتكبتها اللائحة المنافسة يمكنه أن يملأ حقيبة سفر كبيرة». ويؤكد نائب البقاع الأوسط أن لائحته ستطعن بنتيجة الانتخابات، رافضاً الكشف عن تفاصيل الملفات التي ستُبنى الطعون عليها، «لكي لا يحاول الطرف الآخر «لفلفة» المخالفات».

The law for na2l nufus has been abused. It is not as easy to move your file elsewhere even when you are resident of a place for more than 3 years. I know a lot of people whose request have been rejected even though they have lived in the location they want to move their file to for dozens of years. The reason why it is difficult to do it is that it is designed like that, in order to avoid being used for demographic shifts. wazir Ziad Baroud has also said this same exact thing on a previous occasion, that it is not as easy as satisfying all the conditions specified. this means that if there is proof of large transfer of files, then previous minister of interior must be arrested for abuse of laws.

Well you are right, unfortunately we live in a farm and not a country.

But what other democratic means you can advise us about in order for us to get back our right?

What I posted has nothing to do with whether or not I believe in ta3en. What I posted has to do with the reactionary strategy used by FPM , which has often put its cards on the table for its enemies , and they have taken advantage of it . The muwalet was smarter than mu3arada in that regard, and this is just another indication of it... but within the mu3arada there are those that are smarter at this sort of thing. anyway, do u think that the mowalet will not submit tu3un (fake ones of the sort aired on the "fassad" program by Ghada eid) ? it is just that they are not talking about it bcz they know better than to give their opponents a chance to debunk their fake documents or prepare a counter-case against them.

Everyone wants a country free of debts, war, weapons, conflicts and unemployment.

Unfortunately we are capable of nothing. It's been like that since decades.

Our fate is what other countries want.

nothing will change in this election outcome.

for 14feb to be able to gather the majless destouri ion the eve of teh election in order to void a law taken by the ministers ( concerning JB), it means we are wasting our time.

still it is best to go ahead and file the complaints for posterity.

I am begining to think we should do a governement inside a governement for all the opposition members and let people chose between to live in Haririland or the oposition land of Lebanon. Seriously, we will have laws that are for the good of our citizens and led them M14 be the minority of their own new haririland governement when he will oppose them with the neutralization of palistinians, they chose their leaders, they live the consequence, we chose ours so we can do a better country than them and whoever wants can join us after they see the results between both governements.
