The number of Shiite votes increased relative to 2005 because the Shiites were not GMA's allies back then (remember el 7elf el rouba3i) and gave him less than 30% of their votes. This time, they must have given him in excess of 85% hence the change.

As for the increase in the Sunni vote, it is due to 2 factors:

1. Na2el noufous made by Hassan Saba3 and Ahmed Fatfat in 2005 as per Ziad Baroud yesterday on LBC

2. Expatriates

First of all, Hasan Nasrallah said that in 2005 he was voting for your lists outside Baabda.

Ziad Baroud never said that Sabeh and Fatfat did. He rejected the accusation saying that registered voters were moved to Zahleh. He said it never happened since I became a minister. How you are implying that he said that Sabeh and Fatfat did it. It's a disgusting way of twisting words and facts.

Unfortunately, Lebanese do not immigrate to Syria and Iran. That's why the majority of them voted against your lists.

leb wi noss

it is nice to be objective from time to time, its good for your health you know...

na2el nfous happened between 2005 and 2009. If it wasn't under Ziad Baroud's watch, then it should have been under Sabeh and Fatfat's watch, unless you can find me someone else who was in charge of the interior ministry during that time frame.

Regards

Where are the proofs? Akhbar? Safir? Skaf?
Or it's a story like the camera that Murr installed to monitor the church?

They didn't vote for us because you only brought those who support you! You didn't bring a random sample so that you can objectively assess their political tendencies!

They made ALL the difference!

You did bring voters too. But you couldn't find enough to come and support you!
The elections are over, enough with the "sharifet makeh" attitude.

No, the proof is Ziad Baroud's interview with LBC yesterday. He clearly said that there was indeed a significant na2el noufous operation in 2005 following the elections and he confirmed that not a single similar operation had taken place since he became minister. He also said that Elie Skaff could submit a ta3en.

Yeah I agree. What's interesting is the Shiite vote. It was "haleb sagh 97%" as we say in arabic, unlike others.

97%?
As you see on this forum, the most credible posts are the ones that actually use numbers and calculations.
So you may want to look at all the kazas one by one and tell us how you came up with 97%.
Until then...
