1- unfortunatly, it is legal, nothing in the constitution against it.
It will be even more legal when FPM put in place it's secular state, you can make the state/laws secular, but you wont be able to change how people thinks (sunis, shias, druze, maronites...). Pure utopia
So instead of working to get a secular state, FPM, and every other christian polititian should work toward putting in the constitutions safegards like this.

and that is what will happen in 10-30-50 year, by sunni, or by shia, unless we have one of the 3 safegards i mention
