As for 2009 my cousin told me that my uncle is going to vote for the FM only (won't vote for the Christians of Qoraytem because of the 2007 elections).
My other uncle who used to be a close friend of Rafic el Hariri and was with the FM in 2005 is now with FPM, he hates Saad el Hariri and considers him a very drity person, but he still loves Rafic el Hariri, as for the elections, i haven't talked to him, but all his family participated in the opposition demonstrations against the government and my cousins are exited about FPM more than me.
As for my family, we vote in Beirut 3, so i doubt anyone of us will vote, we didn't vote in 2005 too, in 2005 they were pro FPM mainly because of me, now they are FPM more than me, my brother's wife is from Ain el Remene and she along with her family used to be LF, they switched to FPM before 2005 elections and they are still with FPM.
As for the rest, apart from a couple (husband and wife) who were with FPM in 2005 and now are anti-FPM (dont know if they will vote for the others) all the people i know will vote for those who they did vote for in 2005 (loyalists will vote for the loyalists and opposition will vote for the opposition).
I also know lot of Armenians who are very much exited to vote against the loyalists due to the 2007 racist comments by Amine and co. I predict a record number of Armenian voters this time around. | Do I understand you are Armenian??? what a big shock !!!!! I thought you are a real christian .....
As for my family, it is a big mix, of everything, they were all pro-loyalist in 2005 but they do never vote Zayyi ma hiyyeh, most of them added names of FPM. However I believe this time they will do it zayyeh ma hiyyeh. They can not hear anymore of the name of Michel Aoun or Hassan Nasrallah. I bet even that if Michel Aoun is runnig in their district, they will sit 3al sandou2 against him | | | | | Registered Member

In 2005, 16 voted for FPM list (only those who are living in Lebanon voted) and 0 against. Some of them, shatabo 1 person on the list to replace by a historical zaim of their region (wejbet).
This time, those who are living abroad all over the world will come back 1 weekend to do their duty... it will be 28 for FPM (list zay ma hiyé) and 1 for FPM list + Kataeb candidate. | | | | | Community Team Leader

One additional vote for FPM
However, this time around the votes will be FPM list zayy ma hiyyeh unlike in 2005 where they cast a mix of FPM and the loyalists' list
As for the extended family and friends, basically everyone is voting the way they did in 2005, except for 4 people that come to mind: One that was pro-FPM but now is anti-FPM after the MoU, 2 others who were staunch supporters of LF are now neutrals, and one other LFer is now FPMer with much hatred and disgust towards SG (i never saw this coming from this lady actually) | | | | | Administrator

My Mom is pro-Amal and my father is hardcore FM supporter (2elbeh shee3eh senneh bel beit allah wakeelkon). My brother who studies at AUB is pro-FPM and HA while my other two brothers LAU and AUST are FM supporters. We vote in Saida.
My Family in general (uncles) are all HA, Amal and FPM supporters and thanks god they vote in different areas in lebanon mainly Saida, Shheem Jabal and beirut 1.
As for me i havent voted and will never vote. | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

To my shock, 1 very LFer and anti-Aoun friend, after Doha became pro-FPM. I never thought that was possible. What did it for him is that he is still very pro-LF except he no longer sees Geagea to represent LF form him. He now distiguish between LFers and Geageais and accepts that Aoun has succeeded in doing good things for the Christians.
Every one else, still very FPM. I hear of people who changed their mind but never really met one!! | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

Just a small note, the purpose of this thread is to be able at the end to have an average percentage of a change in voting choices (if any) inside a family for FPM only | | | | | Orange Room Supporter
