It has been 4 years I didn't post here, but through this forum i have witnessed all the different series of events and changes that marked our political life while i was living abroad.
And now after our mighty elections I have one thing to say and only one thing:
ALL OUR CHRISTIAN LEADERS ARE USELESS!!
from the general to the hakim to all the Gemayel cheikhs and frangieh beks.. all of them USELESS! you have failed in your duty or uniting the christians, and giving back its powerful name and representation. We lost our battle that could give the lebanese people some hope of change and confidence.
I by nature don't like to write and make statements.. but this is just a way i am using to express my anger and frustration.
Whats wrong with unity among the christian leader?
Why we have always to follow somebody?
We don't have to be like Amal and HA.. The batrak is NOT our leader.
But what I am asking is just some understanding and common guidelines between us that will make everybody count twice before even trying to deal with us.
I used to believe in michel aoun when he came back and I had some hope with samir geagea the day he was released.. but now everything is gone..
lets all follow hariri and HA w ya3tik el 3afieh lebnen.. | | | | | Registered Member

by the way hanna!!! you were sooooo confident about yourself. how Mr aoun will sweep all seats and rule the country by changing all the constitution. remember? i was telling you stop living on a cloud and open your eyes!! but you refused. you were always replying in your arrogand way, treating your opponent like a low class category. the low class categoy showed you his strenght and defeated you in the most humiliating way. wake up wake up. the forecast weather showed up and predicted 4 years of sunshine but most important the sky will stay blue for another four years | | | | | Registered Member

Every single one of you guys was sooo arrogant and cocky and egotistic and overconfident...you guys have been begging for the past two years for a reelection because you guys thought you were the "real majority" LOL. You really really thought you would sweep all the Christian areas because the LF were made up of a bunch of kids and that our mp's were all elected by muslim votes ha... hehe and to think you guys were predicting between 40-50 mps hehehehe and i still remember you all were even discussing the makeup of your next government months before the election as if you already won it! loool
Many of you doubted the LF and Kataeb's power in these elections, we might not have the largest blocs in the parliament but we did what was necessary to win the majority and that's allll that mattered to us! yalla keep trying to compare your bloc to our block but in the end all that matters is one number: 71
btw i'd like to remind you of my post made last year in November of 2008: Quote:

AMINE WILL LOSE HIS ENTIRE BASE IF HE MAKES SUCH A STUPID A MOVE (and Amine is known for making stupid moves in the past). THE KATAEB AND LF BASE IS MORE UNIFIED THAN EVER, WE DONT CARE IF THERE ARE MORE LF MP'S OR MORE KATAEB MPS, THE ONLY EQUATION WE LOOK AT IS THIS ONE: LF+KATAEB > FPM
LFer's WILL VOTE FOR KATAEB IF THERE IS NO LF IN THEIR AREA AND KATAEB WILL VOTE FOR LF IF THERE IS NO KATAEB RUNNING IN THERE AREA, WE ARE ALL THE SAME FAMILY, SAME BLOOD, SAME HISTORY, SAME CAUSE, SAME PRINCIPLES.....
MARCH14 IS UNIFIED AND WILL BE UNIFIED FOR THE 2009 ELECTIONS. WE ARE THE FUTURE AND WE WILL SHOW YOU A TSUNAMI THAT WILL MAKE MAKE YOUR orange 2005 tsunami LOOK LIKE A RIPPLE IN THE WATER! | Alliance between FPM & Kateab

Didn't you have that feeling back in 1990, SG kept on saying he didn't care about how many ministers he got. He thought that he won back in 1990 when he joined RH and WJ.
Last time, it took 4 years to get rid of him, lets see how many this time around.
You know what, if i were you i would pray day and night for GMA to be around, because he is the only reason , SG will be around | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

FPM was undoubtedly the biggest loser in these elections as it failed to meet its ambitious expectations.
Other than that, there are no big winners or losers as the elections fell short of shaking the status quo and we are now back to square one. | | | | | Registered Member

I'm gonna ignore what you said about who won and who lost and I'll focus on your last sentence here: "The sky will be blue" and not green for sure nor any other color, because you guys are kissing blue *** and your christian block is smaller.
Maybe you should be the one who wakes up and not us. We had hope we make a larger victory but we were only able to increase our block by about 23% All we can say is fighting corruption is **** hard especially when it's backed by foreign powers. But in any case, I can still say that we're trying and we're getting closer and closer but you guys, all you do is pretend that you're part of this fictional M14 thing where you dont play any real role honestly, your sole purpose is to make sure we fail even though you as christians are losing as well, it's Hariri and corruption that is winning.

They are valueable to the society and are indeed Lebanese. Politically, they are lead by Tashnaq, who have drifted from thier traditionally centrist position towards a strategic direction that has cost them dearly today and risks marginalizing the party's representation further in future.
I again reafirm. Armenians are valuable and respected in the Lebanese community. They dont need my certificate as we can see their positive influence all around. I made my point regarding FPM's reliance on Armenian voting, while the Armenians got very little in return...
Refer to my original post and focus your arguement on the main topic as this is one that goes no further than here. Armenians are respected and loved in Lebanese society, and FPM lead them into a wall. | | | | | Registered Member

Cheers! | the conclusion is still the same: We win, You LOOSE. and that is a fact, reality! We RULE, you Oppose.... if you want to! point a la ligne. as Loosers, you are mastering in excuses and lies! and this is how we define, bad loosers. | | | | | | |
