The LF forum currently running, is in a strange way the most neutral nowadays, taken Cedars its admin hates Geagea's current politics; but when it comes to hating Aoun he'll hate Aoun more,
ye3ne to sum it up for the Cedar's forum u'd say: ''Geagea is the devil, but Aoun is the devil el 2asle, the one that goes back to 1989.''

Agreed. yet the levels of discussions and posters are below average quality with topic divergence syndrome plaguing every thread.

But i think they had some problems with their admin being in australia and not wanting to continue the forum, or was not very ok with the LF politics, needless to mention their forum had three or four good posters, the rest being mostly kids.

When i start getting involved in forum, the first one was soc.culture.lebanon where you can post using your name or alias. in mid 90s it used to be a nice venting place out of studying hours and the quality and topics were purely lebanese. relationship among forumers was friendly and most of forumers had the true intention of improving the welfare of Lebanon. Of course, politics was a great chunk of discussion and most disagreement reside there. later on when the discussions start going south and more immature posters were coming in, most of us stopped posting there and now it does not feel like anything Lebanese.

. the point is LF forum or others will have the same fate whenever these factors are present and this is why probably one of the main reason the admin is frustrated with.

At least it allows both sides of the topics to be discussed.
