كشف تقرير امني ان القوات الدولية في جنوب لبنان احبطت بمؤازرة الجيش عملية جديدة لاطلاق صواريخ من الجنوب باتجاه اسرائيل.

وبحسب التقرير فان ذلك حصل منذ 15 يوما، عندما رصدت قوات اليونيفيل مجموعة مسلحة تجهز منصة لاطلاق الصواريخ وابلغت الجيش الذي سارع الى ارسال تعزيزات الى المكان، وقد دار اشتباك بين الجيش والمجموعة المسلحة ادى الى جرح مسلح فر مع الآخرين، غير ان قوات الجيش تمكنت من توقيف ثلاثة منهم، وبعد التحقيق معهم تبين انهم ينتمون الى جهة حزبية لبنانية فسلموا اليها.

What is incredible is that the gunmen were handed over to their party as per the report.

Therefore, it must be a party with strong influence on the government and/or army.

Is this the only event that needs explanation in Lebanon? Doesn't what happened in Ain ElRemmaneh need explanation? Doesn't what is happening in Tripoli need explanation?

GMA forever do you want me to lie? I can do this if you like. It is either HA or AMAL one of them. They are the only two parties actively in the south. Why would I not believe that the army has returned the 3 to them? This is what they did in the case of Samer Hanna remember?

why do we have to guess all the time?
the army should tell the Lebanese who are these schmucks,people have the right to know what's cooking,blurry takarir are not welcomed anymore.
if it is a Lebanese party the army should name it,and if the army can't do it at least let the UNIFIL comment about it

If I understand this, some 'Lebanese Hizb' is instigating rockets attack onto Israel the day after some Israeli General threatened to 'send Lebanon back to the Stone age' if Israel is attacked by rockets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now if end up in some kind of July war again, are we supposed to support the Hizib again and re-build Lebanon all over again? If yes, for what, and why should we?

I mean the first time this happened, instinctively and with the guidance of an intelligent leadership, many of us sided with the Lebanese against Israel regardless of whether they were right or wrong when they kidnapped the 2 Israelis. The result was a great show of unity and unprecedented victory. But do we want to go through this again?

You sound like Ashrafieh LF and Elie Cedar. Everytime one ask about a Geagea and/or his crimes, we have to discuss all other criminals and their crimes!

Here is the other question, what if someone's son in the army got killed in the altercation, what do we intend to tell their parents? That the army was not supposed to be there, and that we need to question the army leadership on why the army was there...

The only thing that I may accept is that if they were getting themselves ready in case a war broke out and not that they intended on launching the rockets. When the Hizb fought the war the first time, they won because they were prepared. I can accept their move if it was part of their preparations. I CANNOT accept it if they were intending on launching the rockets.
