After the death of bachir gemayel Many considered The Kataeb Finished (LF included) and that was actually the case, Ameen received the presidency backed by the americans and LF was planning to go on a rampage witch happened a while later Led by Hobeika and Gea gea.

Ameen gemayel says that the revolution was to brake the spirit of the Kataeb and that it was for personal goals.

Later those two destroyed what remained of the Kataeb then later destroyed eachOther after Hobeika went to Syria.

wHAT REAMINED NOW was the armed militia that was once controlled by Bachir. This militia without it's original leader clearly Lacked purpose so they tried to gain as much territory and power as possible in beirut but were only limited to Christian areas of the east cause they ran into trouble in western beirut that was controlled by AMAL, PSP and Mourabitoun militias.

A while later a New christian Leader emerged He was the General of the lebanese army, LF did not like that and sought to get under the skin by supporting him at first and then attacked him after GeaGea accused the general of trying to cancel his Militias (what a crime) they then moved militarely against the general but were met by defeat. After the Syrians weakened the Lebanese army The General refused to stray from the principal The lebanese Forces later attacked the army and weakened it more in the end Syria took over and the General was exiled.

Later Geagea was sentenced to death which was reduced to prison for life thus destroying his dreams of becoming a Minister forever in the country that his militia had created thus ruling with an iron Fist.

After Aoun returned to lebanon from exile Geagea was released by "invisible Forces".

This is the most beautified peace of LF history ever it does not mention the massacres and killing.

Let me remind u that sabra and shatila incident happened on 16 september 1982 after bashir's death in 2 days,and HK did it with sharon .so they were waiting for his death to do it coz he refused to enter the camp in his days.You have to update yourself a bit.

When someone is so weak to a level that he cannot convince people in his political views, he use such ways so he can pull people to his side.

That's the LF, no political views, no principles, they are using religion slogans and benefiting from the sectarian system in Lebanon so they can stay and continue
