what's wrong with the opposition media? -

We all have the impression that the media in lebanon is controlled by the loyalists,
ad it seems that they always manage to make a propaganda about anything
to list a few : lbc, mtv, ftv, an-nahar, l'orient le jour...
what i don't get is that the opposition has a fair amount of supporting media :
ntv, otv, tayyar.org, al-akhbar, al-saffir...
why don't we feel their effect on the ground??
look around you for people not engaged in politics and you'll see that :
everybody knows when one MP makes a call to Iran, but nobody knows that hariri is spending weeks in KSA.
nobody knows that FPM has pushed to get the 1960 law to compromise, nobody knows that 14M tried to implement the Islamic children rights.
everybody knows that HA called may 7th a "glory day" and nobody knows what jumblat said about the maronites.
this was my personal experience before the elections, when many of my friends told me they will vote 14M, because they "believe in one state" and they don't want lebanon to become "an islamic country", and these people don't know what's the name of the president.
what am i missing?

The loyalists media, specially FTV lack the integrity and morals so they fabricate stories and cut speeches to back up their claims, that's something the opposition media wouldn't do which makes the opposition's media much more credible and reliable as a news source.
Now regarding Hariri's visit to KSA not being a focus point by the opposition media, well there's some sort of undeclared deal between some of the loyalists & opposition leaders to lower down the tension level raised by the media.
You also have to note that 14/8 March supporters only listen to the media known to back up their ideas so it's impossible to let's say ftv try to target 8 march crowd or vise versa.
There is nothing wrong with the opposition media, the problem are the people, half of them listen and read yellow media even worse they believe it.
It is about time we realize that you can't build a modern country with backward people. Yellow media can't flourish unless you have people who lack the culture of critical thinking.

You have much more media than 14march, however nothing to talk about. Hariri is in KSA to make 3oumra, there is nothing wrong in that. But Anyway, your media tried to make big problem of that.
The problem is that they are weak, and not enough money is paid for them to do the their work, plus the other medias are much older than them, thus they have more experience in attractinh people.

i am not muslim , but i doubt the 3omra usually take 40 years in ksa to be done
