Please don't turn the thread into an FPM vs. LF sinking vs. emerging story!

Well said. The FPM has no future, it's built around one man and it's declining in popularity. The smart thing to do is to distance yourself from them and Tashnaq wants to be on the winning side in 2013 in Metn, and that winning side won't be March 8/FPM.

Don't cry man. I know that your only Christian vote winner (Sami the son ) in Matn will lead your Kataeb (nominated from fascistic Kataeb of Spain ) to the great great victory which is only one minster in the government.

As for the meeting all I can say is : AT LAST and BRAVO!!

Tashnag should always be open for dialogue with the opponents and after the 2007 incident this kind of meeting was expected with the Kataeb.

Opponents in politics should regularly meet to discuss several issues that they agree or disagree on. That's how politics work...

Sometimes Lebanese politicians treat each other as enemies and that's one of the main reasons that solving any conflict takes ages.

We are not allowed to have enemies but to have opponents who democratically oppose each other.

I hope this meeting will be the beginning of several similar meetings with several parties from both sides.

Thank you!!

the tachnaq are smart people they lost big in 2005 and 2009 elections and does not need to much thinking from their leadership to figure out what is going to happen to them in 2013 election if they kept the FPM as alliance so they are moving to the right direction
allaying March 14 will give them around 6 MPs
6 better than 2 or maybe none in 2013

How many MPs Tashnag won in election '09? Which regions did they lose in?

Answer these questions, you get the answer to the thread.

Looks like it is rocket science! FPM MPs increased between 05 and 09 as many MPs as LF has
