FPM's political position and alliances since 2005 (including the MOU with Hezbollah)

I chose that one..

Money was being used in 2005, and it failed against GMA in christian areas
Kataeb , geagea were all alied in 2005 and it failed against GMA in christian areas
Media, Propaganda were all being used in 2005, and it failed against GMa in christian areas

I voted Other because among the options I don't see any major oposition but FPMers themselves. I think the biggest challenge for FPMers is the feel of comfortable lead and lack of incentive to go out there and do a grassroot campaigns in the history of Lebanon. In 2005 only 53% of Christians voted while 58% of Muslims did. If the grasstoot campaigns increase the percentage of Christian voters to 58% or higher, FPM will have landslide victory among Christian population. So I guess my point is hardwork is needed and Laziness and the feel of confidence are the biggest opposition FPM to face.

What's a 50, 100 or 200 million $ for a country? 'Free' Elections in a banana country like Libanon are like the christmas holidays, they are full of joyfull expectations for the poor and hungry. Money will be the only gateway for the hariri maffia back into business; so expect a double if not a tripple up of their last investement back in 2005, since fuel prices and everthing else will still be high.

Aoun and FPM is what will be standing between them and the lebanese little cow they got used to milk for 20 years.. This in turn will rub well on the coalition of christian Aounophobes. They will rediscover Gods mysterious ways in showing his mercy and generosity. This will come in the form of campaign money poured onto media channels, billboards, public arrangments and a small army of orchs in black robes reactivated to aggressively preach and warn against the Wizard of Rabieh Hill who took his people into an alliance with the evil folks of the southern lands of Mordor.

2-The Money that will be used by FPM's opponents
3-The Media and false propaganda

i m not sure about Presidnet Michel sleiman position! that depends on his ability to accept the size that he'll be given.. so i cannot vote him like opponents since now!!

I think the first opponent for FPM is FPM

The others we know what they are and we expect all their actions and decisions.

However, FPM is not clear at all:
1 - Aoun is against "ekta3iye il seyesiye" but .....
2 - FPM is secular but the speeches ae always about christians
3 - FPM is with the concept of the state but supported HA in his military attack inside leb
4 - is FPM still the same FPM or changed ? why the internal elections are postponed ??
5 - etc.

to sum up some people don't understand FPM anymore and don't see it a party for the future.

Taifoon, on the money issue, I am willing to bet that FPM will be extremely well financed in the upcoming elections. Once we all see that clearly on the ground, I will be asking you for transparency into where the money came from. Anyway I don't think lack of money will be a problem for FPM in 2009.

Ouff....
1 - But what?
2 - FPM is secular and where is the problem if they are fighting for the Christians' rights? Fighting for the rights makes it a sectarian party??
3 - HA attacked Lebanon? Really?? It was a fight between FM and HA and PSP and HA.
4 - FPM is still FPM if you are a Free Patriotic.
5 - Etc?....It looks like you have a huge list...

--------

The main and most dangerous opponent to the FPM is The Media and false propaganda.
