Promising $1 billion is quite easy; actually delivering the money to Gaza and pouring it into the reconstruction of Gaza is another story. "Israel" still controls Gaza and still has it under siege, and the Saudis have done nothing to help lift the siege off Gaza. So how do you propose they will get this money to where it is supposed to go? All these declarations are nothing but empty promises meant to improve the image of these polygamist rulers in the eyes of the people of the Arab World, but if they had ever been serious about helping the Palestinians they would have broken the siege a long time ago and provided the Palestinian people with the basic necessities of survival that had been prevented from reaching them by "Israel" with the collaboration and cooperation of these "moderate" Arab regimes.
