جنبلاط لـ«الأخبار»: 1559 ذلك القرار الشهير اللعين، والحوار وحده ضمان السلاح

طوى رئيس اللقاء الديموقراطي النائب وليد جنبلاط صفحة انتخابات 7 حزيران فوق صفحة 7 أيار. يوافق على الرأي القائل بأن 7 حزيران كان رداً على 7 أيار، لكن المطلوب الآن «طيّ صفحة الأحقاد وبدء صفحة جديدة من الشراكة نقفز بها فوق المذهبيات التي تأصلت أكثر. ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا بمشروع وطني عام عروبي علماني»
.
ثم يجيب «الأخبار»: «هذا وهم ومستحيل المنال. إلغاء الطائفية السياسية أيضاً أمر مستحيل».

إلا أن انتخابات 7 حزيران لا تعدو كونها، في نظره، «انتخابات قبائل، وانتخابات ثلاث طوائف على طائفة رابعة».

يستنتج من الجدل الدائر عن مرحلة ما بعد الانتخابات، أن رئيس تيار المستقبل النائب سعد الحريري «يريد أن يصبح رئيساً للحكومة وهو رئيس الغالبية النيابية. لكن كيف سيعمل مع الشيعة؟ الألغام كبيرة. هناك استحقاقات إقليمية كبيرة.

أمام الإدارة الأميركية سنة للحلّ الفلسطيني الذي يبدأ بتجميد المستوطنات، ثم نعود إلى الجولان. وهكذا المسار طويل، لكن فلسطين هي الأساس. لم نستطع أن نستعيد بلدة الغجر. أي دعم دولي هذا الذي يحدّثنا عنه الغرب؟».

يقوده ذلك إلى الملف الاقتصادي الذي تسمح طريقة مقاربته كما هو حاصل الآن بـ«تحسين سمعة الليبرالية المتوحشة».
لكن الزعيم الدرزي يؤكد ضرورة إقران الشراكة «بالخروج من الاستقطاب الثنائي بين 8 و14 آذار. لنخرج منهما ولنعطِ رئيس الجمهورية حرية الحركة. إذا كنا لا نستطيع تعديل صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية، ولا نستطيع الآن تعديل الدستور، فلنعطه على الأقل حرية الحركة، لا الثلث المعطل. لا يمكن إبدال بدعة بأخرى، رفضنا إعطاء الثلث المعطل قبلاً فهل نعطيه الآن؟ أقترح زيادة حصة الرئيس في الحكومة الجديدة بدلاً من الكلام عن الثلث المعطل».

لكنه يضيف إلى شروط الشراكة انضمام المعارضة إلى الحكومة الجديدة، متمسكاً برفضه عزل أي فريق، ويقول: «في ظل هذا المناخ المذهبي والاستحقاقات الكبرى، لا بد من أن تكون المعارضة داخل الحكومة، وأن نشدد على هيئة الحوار الوطني بمواصفات جديدة بعد نتائج الانتخابات».

يميّز بين استعداد الحريري للحوار مع سوريا وعلاقته هو بدمشق. يقول: «لا مفر من الكلام مع سوريا، إلا أن ظروفي تختلف عن ظروف سعد الحريري. هو يستطيع، وكان له موقف من ذلك. أنا لا. هناك إساءات كثيرة إلى (الرئيس) بشار الأسد، لم يذهب أحد إلى حدود ما ذهبت إليه في ما قلته عن الأسد وفي الجانب الشخصي أيضاً. جرح اللسان لا يعوّض. أودّ تجاوز الأمر لأنني أعتقد أنه لا مفر للبنان من علاقات جيدة مع سوريا لأسباب تتصل بالتاريخ والجغرافيا، ولأن علاقاتنا بسوريا هي عمقنا العربي منذ عام 1958 مروراً بعام 1982 حتى اتفاق الطائف. لكن أي علاقة مع سوريا يجب أن تكون تحت سقف الطائف».
وهل يقدّم ضمانات لحزب الله في الحكومة الجديدة؟ يقول الزعيم الدرزي: «انطلقنا في الأساس من مبدأ تفادي أي توتر مذهبي أو صراع عسكري منذ ذلك القرار الشهير اللعين، القرار 1559».
يقول أيضاً إنه اكتشف خطورته بمرور الوقت «عندما أتتنا اللائحة السوداء بدءاً بالتمديد ثم محاولة اغتيال مروان حمادة ثم اغتيال رفيق الحريري. هذه هي لعبة الأمم، وكان آخرها دير شبيغل. كان الاتهام نحو النظام الأمني اللبناني السوري المشترك، لكن أين أصبحنا؟ في مكان آخر مدمّر. يا محلا اتهام النظام السوري».
وماذا عن الضمانات مجدّداً؟
يقول جنبلاط: «الضمان الوحيد لسلاح حزب الله هو استمرار الحوار بشأنه، حتى نتوصل يوماً ما في ظروف مختلفة إلى طريقة تساعد على استيعاب القدرة العسكرية للحزب في الدولة. الضمان واحد فقط، هو هيئة الحوار».

“I fiercely attacked Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. No one has reached the level I had reached,” especially as the attacks were also on a personal level, said Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt in an interview with Al-Akhbar newspaper on Friday.

“Some wounds cannot be healed. I want to move past these problems, because we cannot but foster good relations with Syria, and they should be based on the Taif Accord,” Jumblatt told the daily.

Jumblatt’s statement comes in line with his recent shift in rhetoric in which he has called for initiating dialogue with the opposition parties as well as with Syria, and for fostering a calm atmosphere in the country. Jumblatt had previously been a staunch critic of Damascus, accusing the Syrian regime of the assassination of former Premier Rafik Hariri in 2005, something that caused a popular uprising in Lebanon to push occupying Syrian troops out of the country after 29 years.

He also suggested increasing President Michel Sleiman’s share of ministers in the new cabinet instead of discussing the obstructing-third vote, which was granted to the opposition during the Doha Conference in May 2008.

“The president should be more active at least for the moment, because we cannot amend the constitution to increase his powers,” he said.

The PSP leader concluded that the only guarantee for Hezbollah to maintain its arsenal is dialogue, in the hopes of “one day” reaching a point where the party’s weapons could be part of the state’s military institution.

We had our ears bleeding from the "HA weapons", "Syria and Iran are coming" screams. This was their WHOLE election campaign!

Secondly, we heard day and night about how HA must be DISARMED and HA is coming to eat you, and Lebanon is under threat from these weapons. They reminded us about May 7, July war, etc etc etc.

Within ONE WEEK............................

Hariri yesterday told HA basically, write whatever in the bayan wizare, and we will accept. HA weapons not up for discussion.

Jumblatt today said dialogue is key to weapons issues. And no more talk about disarmament, or the urgency of it. Jumblatt hopes "ONE day" that HA weapons will be intergrated. And to further seal the deal, Jumblatt says not in national interest to be at emnity with Syria.

They deserved to be judged, it must be foirbidden to any Christian opposition memeber to talk to them, they are a bunch of dirty AOun haters.. and big time traitors.

We must take action against M14 Christian.. they are the cause of our problems.

Sorry, I think they are really traitors : they played against the Christian although they are supposed to represent them.
They sold us to Hariri, they gave our MP to Tayyar al Moustakbal.

Why are you all acting surprised? This was expected. Nobody thought that a M14 win would uproot Assad or disarm HA. It was all about holding their ground.

The Iranian FM expected a M8 win and told the French about it. The French started talking to the Syrians like it was a given, and everyone heard the French statement that France was ready to deal with a HA win.

Now, M14 won. They need to open up to everyone. At least they get to keep their heads. Syria has wanted Jumblatt dead for a long time now. You can't blame him.
