Whenver i see FPMers (i saw the huge crowd today in jdeideh) i feel happy, their faces encourage me and give me hope...

An old lady today told me today in jdeideh when she saw me a bit sad: why you are sad, we won, and we "FPMers" never lose hope, our battle to build a clean country will continue forever...she brought tears into my eyes...

I want to thank everyone who represent the oppositions from politicians to political groups, to members, to forum people, to voters and to everyone who is fighting big powers to build a lebanon state to all Lebanese people from all sects and that includes our opponents.

Its sad to not win the majority but the results were not that bad at all. At end our bloc increased by 5-6 Mps and all the votes that we got in this election are firm votes which survived from the huge political & non-political wars......they had two equally important objectives:
1-getting the majority
2-ending micheal aoun politicaly in the christian districts
they succeeded in the first but failed in the second and thats what is important for now.

Victory is won not in miles but in inches. Win a little now, hold your ground, and later [in 2013], win a little more.

For now, go out there with a smile on your face and your head held high knowing that through honesty, integrity, and merit we won 27 MP seats. TWENTY SEVENNNN.

The accomplishment of FPM in the face of EVERY kind of adversity is going to go down in the books. I am so fortunate to be part of that history, and I am so proud to support a party that advocates the true freedom and dignity of every individual. I congratulate FPM, its leaders, its committees and of course its members. And indeed it goes without saying that we wouldn’t have gotten this far without OUR president, General Aoun.
