Time limit to form a govt - change?

Yes there should be time limit otherwise in similar case the country will be hijacked by one person until he decide to form a gov.

if he cant form a gov how as PM will be able to manage and run the council of miniters lol.

failed once , maybe now twice so far so good , maybe another Sunni PM will be able to form a gov. step aside hariri its is not a nintendo.

1- There is no time limit for government formation because of Taef Agreement. Any suggestion in this regard will be considered an attack against Sunnis.
2- Saad Hariri cannot step aside because he doesn't own his decision; he has to follow the instructions of the ones who paid 1 billion dollars to make him win the elections.

I'm with the idea of a time limit, in order to rationalize our constitution.

But this kind of provision must be incorporated into the constitution with a dissuasive sanction. The better sanction I see : dissolution of the parliament and new elections.

I'm not with the idea of "time limit" to form a government, but with the right of the President to discharge the PM designated from his mission.
