I believe that Tayyar used to have a link to this forum and that is how I originally got here. I was looking at research on Lebanon >led to GMA> led to Tayyar> led to LFPM. The break was late last year when there were many threads that were connecting views posted on LFPM as possible 'official views" of Free Patriotic Movement. The 'split' of the two web-sites was a way to correct that.

Do I have that correct or close to correct?

only one very good official website is the best way to inform people ..that doesn't mean WWW.LFPM.ORG is good or bad but www.TAYYAR.org reflects the OFFICIAL news from FPM..

It needs a big makeover in my opinion. The layout is not as professional as that of the Orange Room. Whoever designed this layout for the Orange Room needs to give Tayyar.org a hand.

It is always easy to say things like "suggest secular laws" because you are right, it is good, however, practically, it is not feasible.

i did not talk about about secular law for the media.

What i wanted to say iF fpm did something to push secular laws in general, then fpm won't need any news on tayyar.org to promote for its secular aspect.

But if FPM is doing nothing regarding secular laws, and keep on posting non secular new, then polishing these news will not convince people that FPM is secular which i still doubt..

It's like every government keep on saying we want to fight corruption, and they keep on repeating it every time they go on tv, but they did nothing. Do u think the people were convinced that governments were not corrupt.
Were people convinced by these propaganda...Never.

If FPm fone nt do anything to push secular laws, or does not get secular culture into practice, the people you were talking about will never believe that FPM is secular even if fpm.org and OTV and all the supporting newspapers(if there is) start a huge propaganda to proove it's secular.

I do not agree with you Arze, I think posting just political news in the headlines will make tayyar.org boring (and just like other leb sites..), specially that most lebanese people (beginning with myself) are a little bit bored by politics: same speeches, same statements, same bashing:
Ammoun attacks, FPM replies, HA criticizes Gov, FM replies...etc..

so from time to time a headline on Haifa is not so bad ;)

www.tayyar.org is number one political site in lebanon and it's not a reason to sit-in we need to work better to improve but like i see it it's 100% good and this talking is ur own opinion NASR_MIN_ALLAH and i respect it ...
