I dont like some of the Palestinians in the camps for simple reasons (refusal to relinquish their arms, support for Fatah, antagonism towards the Lebanese Army, etc.) but I still feel they need to be granted some basic rights and have their living conditions improved. That, and i'd say no to allowing them to purchase property, and a big hell no to granting them citizenship. | I agree with you, they should live in good conditions but not in Lebanon. They could have americain citizenship and europeen and canadian and australian citizenship and from there, believe me, I am sure many of them will leave the country of Lebanon for their own good. They wont be any more harmed and discussed between us and the big danger in tawtin for us will be less than now. Just give them other countries citizenship and thats the best thing you would have ever done | | | | | Registered Member

There is even a quicker way to tawteen, there is a big debate now about women passing on the citizenship to their children. Maybe we shall expect soon a change in this legislation, Lebanon would be praised to heaven how modern and progressive it is with women rights, and meanwhile in the background tawteen mission is accomplished. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Salome For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

You said it yourself, Palestinians are not angels, they harmed alot of Lebaneses and they were very much welcomed by them first, I can understand why after there was a revolt against Palestinians. If Palestinians were good to all Lebaneses, they wouldnt be treaten that way today! | | | | | Registered Member
