Well, they have the right. but since that's the case, HA also has the right to protect itself when it sees others trying to make Israel's job much easier.

Well, they can get armed again if Syria invades parts of Lebanon again. They can not do it however today using the possibility of Syria doing it in the future as pretext.
Regarding Tchad and Peru, let's come to an agreement: u'll fight Tchad and I'll fight Peru. I always had a thing against South Americans.
