I read the same thing yesterday but with real names :
It's about Taschnag internal elections and the possibility for ex minister Barsoumian (?) to be the new president of the party which could mean some changes in their alliances.

Any one has any info about this issue ?
When the elections are taking place and what are the chances of Barsoumian to win and what's his program ?

Al-akhbar mentioned the issue yesterday and al-balad today. How serious is this . when is the election. I know the Tashnaq base thinking is not with former minister Barsomian. This could change the electoral picture in many places:Matn, Zahleh, and Beirut...your thoughts specially from our Armenian friends on this forum

The loyalists reached this level of desperation

and when these people will start working politics and think strategically.....they are still gambling!!! they already lost many bets so far....

In this elections, aren't party members the ones who will vote for the new tashnag president? if so, and knowing the vast majority of tashnag partisans are pro-FPM and anti-FM, how could Barsomian have the slightest chance to win? Can somebody explain to me what's the fuss all about?

There is no fuss, it's just that the loyalists are gambling that the Tachnaq base will elect a pro-FM leader of their party

w 3ashou Al Akhbar and Al balad are wasting ink on this piece of news then? Are they that short on stories? if so, I'll send them a couple. The fight that erupted yesterday in my street between 2 drivers is far more intriguing than the tashnag elections. At least, the fight was thrilling to watch, never knowing when jabs would start flying.
