I still want to know how his notes will change the 20% share of lebanon where having 10 km of this river and 400 km of it runs in Syria and up to Turkey

"Objectivity" only becomes a factor when you discuss issues related to Syria but it's blown out the window when Israel is brought up.

I'm here, but my notes are in lebanon being scanned..don't worry, I'm not your typical Lebanese..I walk the walk. If I were you, I would leave a way out, just for your credibility on this forum.

In the meantime, its not the 20% that is the issue, the 20% is fair based on distance as you mentioned, its the flow volumes that are contentious and the debatable issue of Nabaa el Labwe, where some studies refute that this spring should be part of the overall flow calculation as its hydrologically considered as a separate sub-watershed.

My notes will not change a thing , I did my part 15 yrs ago by accurately measuring the flow. The rest was and will always be politics.

In all cases, if and when more than 20% are needed, you and Syria can boil this piece of sh** called treaty and drink it. Let your friends try to stop villagers in the Bekaa during low-flow season.

So it seems you left a way out for yourself just for credibility. so now 20% is not the issue while in fact that was my original argument and yours too. looooooool.

here is what you said

I was witness to the so-called "scientific" studies in support of the final flow volumes. Syrian and Lebanese scientists together measured river flow during several occasions using different equipment. Very different numbers came out from the 2 teams, what ended up in the final recommendation report were the Syrian numbers that were much higher than reality...of course to Syria's advantage. All the work was done in the Bekaa under escort by the Syrian army

so 3/4 for the syrians was not fair but now it seems it is very fair according to the very same author!!! talking about leaving some honorable exit to save credibility loooooooooooooooooooool.

That was my whole argument. 20% is more than fair under the current circumstances. what is the difference in flow? few million m3? That does not change the fact that we will still have 20% or more which - according to you - it is fair (you considered it unfair then changed your mind now and claimed it is fair).

n.b You seemed to have no idea how much assi flows in Lebanon compared to its distance in syria.

I like it when a person gets excited .... to find himself excuses later on.
