A true christian would not blow up a church while people are in it. Geagea clearly is not a true christian. May he find mercy in the lord's presence on judgement's day, unless he repents now and tells us all fair and square about all the naughty things he did while was the LF's commander in chief. | | | | | Registered Member

First of all, Motran Haddad welcomed Geagea just to despise Elie Skaff, the 2 men are not close at all.
Second, and what many of you do not know, is that the night of the bombing of the church, the minute it was known that Hobeika was targeted, his men (most of them were drug addicts like the dear old Geageaists) went down on the streets of Zahle, and were waiting to know if their leader was dead or alive. If he was declared dead (and it took a while to reach Elie Hobeika he was completely covered and was thought dead at first) the great Hobeika LFers were gonna start shooting people on the streets, 3achweiyan, they were going crazy.
So I wonder, if God did not have mercy on the Zahliotes that night and kept Elie Hobeika alive, and a massacre had happened, would Haddad had still accepted Samir Geagea's apology? | | | | | Registered Member

We forgive the occupier but can't forgive the "collaborators". Taking into account that you have no proofs that LF helped the Syrians in the invasion. Remember that the announcement of the beginning of the liberation war started after these shells fell? Maybe Aoun was pissed because the Syrian did shell the area where their headquarter is?
That's why you shouldn't read Akhbar first! | Have no Proof? maybe you would like to visit mansourieh, 3ein saade, broumana, fanar, to collect evidence and shells of bombs from ouwet... There is a reason why these areas are 100 % aouniye... wake man,,stop denying the truth.
Love the ideoligy if you must but defend a criminal... Of you meet SG ask him about the injury he sustained in nahariya... bullet mark still there,,, common lets be open....
We forgive evreyone, as long as you don't deny it... And thank you for admitting it. We forgive the occupier as he is no longer occupying we forgive the collaborators as they are no longer collaborating.. Just make sure you make the right choices..
I am a maronite, jabal lebnen, and we fought for lebanon with LF but one must admit mistakes. | | | | | Registered Member

Another day, and another twisted story by FPMers, Marada and HAers alike... all haters of the LF and its current leader. Zahleh welcomed Samir Geagea with open arms and mind. We all know the story and the intra-LF struggle between Geagea and Hobeika. You keep digging up old graves and tombs and as the election gets closer, you get more and more desperate because you know what awaits you.
Few days ago, a wise post by an FPM supporter on this forum rediculed all those posts which are aimed at continously exposing Christian-Christian fighting. How correct and wise that person is. You never observe an Amal member speaking about HA atrocities against them, or a PSP against AMAL, and so forth in all sort of combinations. Literally, WEST Beirut was emptied from all leftists and communists in the 90s as extremists took over the streets. But again, these stories aren't appealing and do not generate traffic......so let's keep focusing on intra-christian fighting, LF-LF, LF-Army, Kataeb-Marada, and so on.....and we all want to build a modern country!!

Geagea apology for blowing up a church is a failed form of election tactic...geagea stop apologizing...stop digging yourself deeper in the hole...your immmature/young/social outcasts supporters are not aware of certain past deeds...keep your mouth shut stupid!
Nothing in geagea's history is clean or bright...geagea's history is full of massacres against Christians...so any apology will backfire automatically... | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

Elie | Maybe because HA and AMAL recognize that this is the worst mistake that they have done, while in the case of the LF they bury their head in the sand and claim it was fi sabil l 2adiyye

Why did you select the Akhbar one?
Maybe Gaegae apologized for what uncontrollable LF members did. Why you assume that he apologized for a crime he did?
After all Hadad gave him gifts and the meeting was very emotional.
But let's agree with you that Al Akhbar version is the right one. Still Samir Gaegae has the guts to apologize. The innocent kids who were tore apart by the shells on the Unesco Square in Beirut are still waiting for the apology, so that they can rest in peace. | Salim el Hoss went on TV claiming that he still had the remnants of the 240mm shells from the UNESCO square bombing. If you have a little bit of military knowledge, you know that the army never carried such munition in his arsenal. The ones at the time that carried such caliber shells were the Syrian army and the LF.
