In the Beriut district some reports indicated that only 27% of Christians voted in the last election, just imagaine how much power you will have if you increase that percentage to 50 or higher. | | | | | Registered Member

I think that all the polls being conducted now are useless.
What will make the difference is how many voter each side will bring from abroad! I think loyalists have an advantage unless opposition has a clear plan to counter. If we are relying on personal initiatives of people abroad to pay the ticket and come to Lebanon only to vote, we will be shocked by the results of the elections!
I hope I am wrong anyway! | | | | | Registered Member

I hope I am wrong anyway! | You are right... It is impressive how much money is being put in this... ****! They are really desperate to win these elections! It is impressive. Something tells me that is why the majority did not want to promulgate the law giving emigrants the right to vote... | | | | | Registered Member

I don't think FPM should be bring people because FM will bring them anyway, let's keep the expenses with FM and the votes with FPM, i have always advocated sharing with our lebanese partners. | | | | | Registered Member

FPM should do anything to gather the maximum number of voters, including bringing people from abroad... | | | | | Registered Member

We should work in deceit! If Hariri receives a lot of requests to go vote, he might bring with him a lot of FPMers home. He would have paid for us! | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

In Qatar it already started. Valentinos are checking every Lebanese to see if he votes for them in order to buy him a ticket. The 100,000 is realistic and they can bring it. They are going to do anything to win the elections......
I hope we can do the same.....otherwise we will lose big time..... | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

The funny thing is that it is the FM that is financing all these actions, everyone knows that, and that, not from its own pocket but from Saudi money. And then you hear some idiot a la Ammar houri saying that Saudi Arabia is for ALL lebanese, does not stand with one side against the other.
I think Iran should give FPM a billion dollars, that we will use to bring our people from abroad, to buy votes, to buy zefet... and in return when we win, we offer Lebanon to Iran, heik Lebanon becomes a suburb, although detached from Iran, I mean if it goes down to Lebanon being owned by Saudi Arabia or by Iran... | | | | | Registered Member

we should be doing EXACTLY THE SAME and more.otherwise we're going to lose. | | | | | Registered Member

we should be doing EXACTLY THE SAME and more.otherwise we're going to lose. | I agree! Unfortunately, we might lose this battle, and the only way we can win it is to play the game by it's rules, regardless of our principles and values, until new fairer and more democratic rules could be set. And the rules of the game are: there are no rules (no financial quotas for campaigns, complete legality of bribes...). | | | | | | |
