I don't have a paper, but SHN has announced many times the conditions:

  1. Leave all Lebanese lands
  2. Free all prisoners (it is believe yehya skaff is still in prison, nothing confirmed so far)
  3. Provide land mines maps (including cluster bombs)
  4. Pay compensations for all harm done
  5. Take back All Palestinians (on Lebanese soils)
etc...

Good luck convincing Israelis with that
1) they left all lebanese land.
2) they freed all lebanese prisoners.
3) they did provide land mine to the UN forces.
4) will pay compensation when Syria does since Syria has caused 90 % of the killings and torturing of the Lebanese people.
5) Palestenian are here to stay. you need to live and accept the fact that he who was born here in 1948 is now 61 years old. He is going no where. Lebanon is all they know. They must be naturalized. it is only human.
Anything else i need you would like me to clarify????

1) Shebaa
2) Yehya Skaff
3) They have not, if they have done so, please post a copy (UN publishes this stuff usually and they hand it over to the army, the army does not have one so far.)
4) This is between Lebanon and Israelis, has nothing to do with Syria
5) Israelis have to fulfill this or they will not have a peace treaty.

you have to understand, it's not up to you or anyone else to decide this. When your the one fighting in the south, you can make a call in this, but as long as your sitting behind your computer and shouting peace, your voice does not count or matter

destroying the other country army = victory
one country surrender = victory
occupying part from the other country land = victory
killing more soldiers from the other country = victory

as arab i think we measure the victory 100% different than other nations

hiding from the enemy = victory
losing land = victory
destroying our country = victory
losing civilians by the thousands and fighters by the hundreds and barley kill any one from the enemy = victory

the funny thing we celebrate this victory every year

I dont see why, after all the victories (real as in 2000, and devine as in 06), we dont try to impose the peace we want on israel, at least as an equal to equal peace, as an AHole once said, the peace of the courageous.
We can always back out if there is something we dont like
lets just try
think about it
I agree with you about trying to impose peace ( even though I don't believe it's possible for now, Israel need another big defeat and USA need to stop the help)

But the only think I believe in, and SHN clearly explained it, is about being powerful ( military wise) in order to be respected and in order to impose your will and live freely...

Military force and will to defend a country are the key factors to preserve a country...

Look at history, it always have been the case...

History is written for us to learn from it...

Why on earth i have to pay the price of a cause i don't believe in?
Fighting Israel is not my religious duty !
... I don't want to delete israel from the map, I want to be like other arabs who signed peace with Israel ...
Hassan Nasrallah spoke like he represented all the Lebanese ! i hope he won't mess with israel in the future and destroy Lebanon again ...

You dont need to pay the price of anything. you can join the rest of the shurafa tanning their toes and asses while Lebanon is under attack.

Why should you care when rafada and Iranians are dying - they have no place in Lebanon anyway.

Why don't you join them in the next war that they've planned and help eliminate the majoos iranian existence in Lebanon?

Mess with "israel" ? Its fruitloop wanabe's like yourself sitting behind their computer that heckle and try and mock the lions of the resistance who shed their blood and souls to defend the land of the cedar from an "israeli" war of imposed destruction that make me say TFEH 3ala hek sha3eb.

Allah ye7mi wu yensor aslak ya Sayyed Hassan.

1,2,3 are OK, we can get these whithout a pb

4- how do you evaluate this ? and, what about damages caused by palestians from lebaneese sail prior to 1978 ? what if israel said that it was lebanon who started hostilities (which is a fact) ? should we accept Lahaye international tribunal on this issue ?
In any case, the government should decide this, not HA.
And in any case, do you calculate how much we are loosing for not having peace, and compare this to how much you want to ask from israel ?
I mean, suppose you wan to ask 20B from israel, while we are loosing 5B/year because the state of war, should we continue forever refusing peace ? or should we sign, and then try to get as much as possible via Lahaye ?

5- Palestinians are never going back to israel.
we can negotiae the departure of many of them to arab and occidental states.
Not signing peace, will leave all of them here.
Which you prefer ?
To be prepared for defense will not change this. It will not force Israel to take them back.
you may be able to change this if you ATTACK israel, which HN said he dont want to do.

Finnaly, it is not up to the fighter to decide
it is up to the government
that is in the constitution
Stop trying to force your views/opinion on the lebaneese pople
its up to the government/parliament to decide
not you, not the fighters, not HN, and not Assad & Khamenei
