what ever is his representation or religious ranks, Sfeir is attacking opposition. it is perfectly regular to him back. it has nothing to do with religion nor with his representation.

We (Marada) have been trying to convince the Christians of Lebanon of their Arab identity for the past several decades, I would just like to say we are really grateful that his holiness helped us in our job, we finally got rid of those pesky phoenician wannabees!

وتابع : أكثر شريحتين تم استهدافهم بهذا الخطاب وأنا مضطر ان أتحدث طائفيا للدفاع ولا أريد أن أسيء لأحد على الإطلاق هم في الحقيقة الشيعة في لبنان والأرمن، الأرمن هجموا عليهم نتيجة خياراتهم السياسية، وبلحظة أصبحوا الأرمن جالية أجنبية في لبنان ولم يعودوا لبنانيين، ولكن هؤلاء الأرمن الذين تجنسوا من 100 سنة اقل او أكثر هؤلاء بيشكك بلبنانيتهم، أما إذا في مجنسين ومع احترامنا لهم تجنسوا منذ 10 او 12 سنة وصوتوا للفريق الآخر فهؤلاء لبنانيين وحبة مسك، هذا الكلام عنصري، وبعدها الذي ما أخذنا على الارمن بأنهم جالية أجنبية في لبنان، وطبعا فتح هذا الباب خطير جدا.

وان فتح هذا الباب عيب كيف ما كانت هذه الحاجة لفتح بابه ، والشيء الثاني ما عادوا الأرمن مسيحيين، وأصبح عندما يجلس بعض الناس ليتكلموا عن التمثيل المسيحي يعتبرون ان الأصوات الارمنية هي خارج التمثيل المسيحي ، وما علمي ان الأرمن صاروا مسلمين بل ما زالوا مسيحيين في لبنان، كاثوليك وأرثوذكس ارمن ، ولكن للأسف الطائفة الارمنية بهذا الموضوع أثناء الانتخابات وما زال لحد هذه اللحظة في أسهم من هذا النوع أسهم عنصرية واسهم طائفية واسهم غير أخلاقية توجه الى صدورهم، أيا يكن خيارهم السياسي يجب بقية اللبنانيين ان يحترموا خيار الارمن السياسي،وليس عندما يصوتوا لي يصبحوا لبنانيين وشركاء في الوطن ، وعندما لا يصوتوا لي يصبحوا جالية أجنبية، وقربت الارمن على الشيعة لان حكاية الأرمن أسهل قليلا من الشيعة.

He didn't attack the batrak.
But when the batrak does something severely wrong, people can at least respond saying that you did wrong somewhere. He is not God and he is definitely not mistake-free.

for sure he is not God and for sure he is not mistake free but he is our religion leader if you agree or not and most of the Christians respect him and take his advice I know my parents for example they do and its no way I can convince them he is wrong and 100s of thousands feel same thing like my parents so we MUST avoid telling any one he is wrong in public
you know I am telling the truth and you know if you are marounist most of your family like my parents
lying to our selves that Aoun is right and he is wrong will not help we should approaching him different way

No problem with that. Just don't go and cut the airport road if Nasrallah is criticized. That's all we're asking!

Can you just advise him not to attack other sects and also to respect them as much as they respect him? Also advise him to stop hiding behind the Lebanese Christians, and Christianity, each time that he wants to bring his nose into politics.

Believe me, he wouldn't like to see other sects dealing with him, the way he deals with them.

Wel Imem 3ali W Sayyedna Mouhammad...W Ya Hussein...If you know what i mean.
