Alzheimer is associated with inability to form and remember new memories not old ones! so 1989 is definetly alive in his mind:)

I believe I talked about selective amnesia and not Alzheimer's.
As in term of memory loss, 2003 and 1989 fall in the same category as they are both past events. So I don't understand what is it you're trying to prove.

No doubt that a man at Batraks age has managed to collect few age-related deceases. Even though Alzheimer could be one of those, it is the least to worry about.

However, a " I don't remember" reply rarely comes as a straight answer from Alzheimer patients. One expects such answer either from a caught criminal, for example a drunk person who gets accused of doing something naughty the night before, or a desperate politician trying to evade being skinned when nailed in some corner, .. In many cases, "I don't remember" is the easy way out for a plain liar who is too chicken to admit a lie when busted with overwhelming evidence.. Therefore the question:

Was the Batrak drunk when he accepted Kanaans gift? Or is he a politician? Or just a cheap liar (thus breaking Gods ten commandments)?
