It's very obvious now:

in 2005 there was a "7elef rouba3i" over the table

in 2009 there was a " 7elef rouba3i" under the table...

Thank you!!

So have we witnessed in the election a new Octobre 13? Were the main player of Octobre 13 1990 re-recruited and assigned similar role?

If so what was the role of the Syrian here (if at all they had a role)? What were they asked to do by the Saudis?

13 October is different story Aoun back then was playing against the rules of the game today he is playing by the rules of this game

it seems they agreed to keep everything the same and balanced...

keep aoun strong and hariri with his majority balancing everything
as it was before 7 june 2009 but it does not mean they agreed on everything!!
in time they will go back to the same issues

they agreed on just few things and it is tejmid el balad another 4 years!

not sure they agreed to keep Aoun strong: all means (ethical and non ethical) have been used to bring him Aoun down in Jbeil, Kesrewen and Maten. The close results in Kesrewen and Maten speak for this tough battle and the intention to annihilate Aoun in his stronghold....

Aoun win is really a "miracle" taking into the means deployed to bring him down.

I am seeing the deal in another way and its actually a deal to what to do with the Palestinians; we have two options:

1-Saudis and Syrians wants to take advantage of a peace deal between them and Israel is good with that by killing all the Palestinians in Lebanon and finish with that problem by renewing good deals in the futur with Israel and become like Europ a peaceful continent

or

2- They agreed on tetwiin by garantying deals made for a long term time to kick out all the lebanese christians and put the sunnies palestinians instead by recruiting christian leaders (like Geagea, kataeb leaders and so on and on including Michel Murr) to fight the christians by introducing wars between them and FPM is fighting that. Along with that HA is playing the hypocrite but I doubt that since it doesnt make sense specially when you look in the 80% of Shias who voted for the opposition.

or

3- Syria is playing against HA and wants the titwin and trying to make a civil war in Lebanon in the deal with Saudis. And the only one who are fighting this is HA and Aoun. Lets wait and see or act to reunite the Shiaas and ALL the christians against Saudis because Saudia is not clear about this when they talk neither FM

And all this deals between the USA-Syria, Syria and Saudié and Iran and Saudié is for taking our water from us (both of them)

Did Syria have any role in the plot to bring Aoun down in Jbeil, Kesrewen and Metn, and if so how?

i believe that syria has nothing to do with who people elected in those cazas you are talking about. In those areas, there was people who voted for Aoun because they showed their true voice and they are against tetwin, same for the Shias who voted for HA in such a high pourcentage. Syria was not the one who were involved in the elections, it was the usa and the saudies by trying to seperate the christians.
