Look at it this way, there's a group of countries who are out there to divide Lebanon, like they did to Iraq, like they did to Afghanistan, like they tried to do with China and Russia recently; following the saying that says "divide and conquer". If Lebanon falls, Syria's next. So, it's not within the Syrian interest for Lebanon to fall victim to The New Middle East. Therefore, i strongly doubt that Syria's behind it, at least it would've chosen someone other than a pro-Syrian

Remeber when the valentinos were blaming Syria for the terrorists in Lebanon? Look at what's happening now in Tripoli and smell the coffee. The same terrorists the Alawite regime was supposed to be behind have chosen to target no one else but the relatives of the Syrian ruling family
