I have the recorded episode with Laure Sleiman on NTV when she appeared with me on June 12th 2009. Laure said in public they will pay me and I am eligible of my salary. May be what happened to you is unfair, not arguing that and not my problem as contrary to what you think I am not an employee of the ministry of information. But your reaction is excessive to say the least and is the reason why at the end you didn't obtain your due...you don't get many things in life by shouting and diffamating and threatening, especially when you are not in a position of force...

So now you are saying that I was treated unfairly but yesterday you said I lied and I was working as a volunteer and I am a hacker. Today morning you insisted I wanted to work as a volunteer (because you know things better) then now suddenly you say I was treated unfairly.

Joumana, there is no contradiction whatsoever between saying that you knew you were volunteering and saying it's unfair that you were not given anything...I think they could have have given you something, even do I know they had the right not to...one is unfair the other is illegal....


The problem is that you depicted this as a corruption case which is not...and in your case nothing indicates anything illegal...you want to jail Tarek Mitri and Laure Sleiman because they were UNFAIR to you?? cute ain't it? under which law can being unfair be judged?? let me know, seems like a nice place to live in...

I've been reading this thread and also some past history and I have some comments to make for Joumana:
1- It seems you were the victim of an injustice or let's say the lebanese way "chtighil w ma tokbad ya habboub"....... Indeed how many of us have often worked overtime or in weekends or done some extra jobs... to get just a tap on the back "Y3tik el 3afyeh".....that cannot be cashed in any bank....welcome to lebanon

2-In your case it seems this went too far , for a long time .....Now I blame u for not waking up early and smelling the coffee....maybe it was a goodheart from u or maybe it was miss-calculations (like saying , i have to sacrifice now and then i will get my rewards).....

3-the problem is that words don't count for the law , what counts are written contracts , proofs ,......trying to steer this up in the media might be ur only chance but then again it lead u nowhere...

4-some times in the business world , u make a bad deal or a wrong investment and u end up actually by loosing money....try to consider this to be your case ....try to settle this "a l'aimiable", to get the best deal u can and to close the subject

Mitri never said we are volunteers, at the opposite, he assured us that the problem would be resolved by end of April. Witnesses are all Arabic section, too.

Everyone despises Laure and Mitri at the Ministry because both are unqualified.
Most recently laure went into the office of Radio Liban and she accused someone falsly of being a spy for elnashra and NOWLEBANON.

بهذا الاستخفاف تُدار اليوم الوكالة الوطنيّة للإعلام وإلى هذا الدّرك وصلت...
وفي سابقة لا مثيل لها في الدّوائر الرّسميّة والوزارات طلبت صعب من مؤسّسة الوليد بن طلال الإنسانيّة تأهيل مكاتب الوزارة. إنّها الوزارة الأولى في الجمهوريّة اللبنانيّة الّتي تطلب المساعدة من مؤسّسة إنسانيّة مشهود لها بمساعدة الجماعات والمؤسّسات والأفراد المحتاجين فعلاً. والأنكى أنّ تك
اليف السّفر وشوكولا الضّيافة وفواتير المطاعم بلغت أخيراً في وزارة الإعلام رقماً قياسيّاً منذ نشأة الوزارة. ومن المخالفات الإداريّة إقامة قسم لخدمة الإنترنت الإخباريّة واستقدام موظّفين من دون فتح اعتماد، ما أثار ضجّة كبيرة. وأرفقت صعب مخالفتها بالتعهّد أمام شاشة التّلفزيون "الجديد" إعطاء العاملين في القسم المذكور حقوقهم، وإنصاف جومانا جبارة رئيسة القسم المعترضة لعدم خصولها على حقوقها الماليّة. لكنّ صعب راوغت إلى أنْ انقضت مهلة رفع الشّكوى القانونيّة، وتنكّرت لحقوق جبارة.
وأمّا على الصّعيد المهنيّ، فحدّث ولا حرج في التّمييز بين الأخبار الواردة إلى الوكالة تبعاً لموقع أصحابها السّياسيّ وعلى قاعدة 8 أو 14.
أخبار تحظى بنعمة البروز خبراً أوّليًّا، ومن ثمّ موسَّعاً وبالتّالي مُصَحّحاً، وأخرى تبقى قابعة في انتظار الإفراج عنها في آخر النّهار، وإنْ كانت واردة قبل صياح الدّيك الصّحافيّ. تكتّل يُهمّش وكتلة نيابيّة أخرى تُبرَز. نائب على اللائحة السّوداء وآخر على الـ V.I.P. وزير يحظى برضى "مملكة" الوكالة عليه، وآخر يُرفَعُ في وجهه "الحُرم" الإعلاميّ... فتكون النّتيجة كمَن يحاول إخفاء الشّمس عن بقعة انتشارها بوضع باهمَهُ حاجزاً... وتدفع الوكالة من رصيدها الثّمن، بعدما كانت لفترة خلت السبّاقة في الوصول إلى الخبر، ومرصدَ الصّحف والوسائل السّمعيّة والبصريّة.
صحيح أنّ تنامي الوكالات الخاصّة أثبت فعاليّته في ميدان الإعلام الإلكترونيّ، وصحيح أيضاً أنّ الوكالة الوطنيّة الرسميّة أظهرت - وللأسف - تقهقرها.
وفي ظلّ الاسطفافات السّياسيّة اختارت الوكالة موقعها السّياسيّ - الفئويّ بوضوح، وقد رسمته لها مديرتها الحاليّة، ولسنا نعلم إنْ كان ذلك بعلمٍ خفيّ من الوزير أم بثقة مفرَطة منه بالمديرة.
إنّ السّكوت عن سيل المخالفات يفجّر سؤالاً كبيراً: هل هو التّجاهل المقصود إيذاناً بإعلان وفاة مؤسّسة إعلاميّة عريقة خرّجت رعيلاً تلو الرّعيل من الصّحافيّين المقتدرين المشهود لهم بالكفاية؟
إنّ هذا التّساؤل يجد له مبرّراً في الحديث بين الحين والحين عن وجوب إقفال وزارة الإعلام أسوَةً بالدّول المتحضّرة. لكنّ الوزارة لطالما كانت سابقاً عنصر تهدِئة واتّزان في العمل الإعلاميّ، وهي لِمن يبحث عن أخبار هادئة موزونة خالية من الإثارة والتّحريض.
فهل انتزاع هذه الصّفات منها هو إيذانٌ لتوجيه الضّربة إليها بقوّة، وعلى أساسات الإعلام الرسميّ؟ أم أنّ ما يحدث هو أعمال "صبيانيّة" وتلك كارثة أكبر لأنّ الأمور تكون عندها سائرة في اتّجاه المهوار؟
وإلاّ لماذا لم يبادر وزير الإعلام بعد بتصويب المسار؟ وهل بات الأمر متروكاً للحكومة الجديدة لأنّ حكومة تصريف الأعمال تعدّ أيّامها المتناقصة؟
لا أيّها السّادة: المطلوب إنقاذ "الوكالة الوطنيّة للإعلام".

I know too much and that's why they are trying to make me look like a criminal or a crazy so that no one would believe me and in order to cover their deeds. They are trying to seperate my illegal arrest from the story, they are trying to say I am a volunteer, they are trying everything. لكنّ عهد المديرة لور سليمان صعب كان الأحفل بالفضائح: وما تستّر منها أكثر ممّا انكشف. وآخر فصوله منع إرسال أخبار عبر فاكس دائرة الأنباء الإذاعيّة في الوكالة الوطنيّة بحجّة أنّ الأخبار تُسرّب إلى موقع "النّشرة" الإلكترونيّ وموقع "Now Lebanon"، إلاّ أنّ الأخبار كانت تُرسل إلى المكتب الإعلاميّ لرئيس مجلس النوّاب نبيه برّي حين دخلت السيّدة لور إلى مكان وجود الفاكس وانتزعته انتزاعاً وخرجت به متأبّطة الفاكس بعد إعطابه. وكان من الطّبيعيّ أنْ يعتبر المكتب الإعلاميّ للرئاسة الأولى حرباً لا داعي إليها تُشنّ عليه، خصوصاً وأنّ المساءلة أثبتت أنْ لا أخبار تُسرّب من الوكالة الوطنيّة للإعلام إلى أيّ وكالة خاصّة أخرى. وسارع وزير الإعلام طارق متري إلى ضبضبة الوضع، بعدما أقحمته المديرة في حرب مجّانيّة مع الرّئاسة الثّانية...
بهذا الاستخفاف تُدار اليوم الوكالة الوطنيّة للإعلام وإلى هذا الدّرك وصلت...
وفي سابقة لا مثيل لها في الدّوائر الرّسميّة والوزارات طلبت صعب من مؤسّسة الوليد بن طلال الإنسانيّة تأهيل مكاتب الوزارة. إنّها الوزارة الأولى في الجمهوريّة اللبنانيّة الّتي تطلب المساعدة من مؤسّسة إنسانيّة مشهود لها بمساعدة الجماعات والمؤسّسات والأفراد المحتاجين فعلاً. والأنكى أنّ تك
اليف السّفر وشوكولا الضّيافة وفواتير المطاعم بلغت أخيراً في وزارة الإعلام رقماً قياسيّاً منذ نشأة الوزارة. ومن المخالفات الإداريّة إقامة قسم لخدمة الإنترنت الإخباريّة واستقدام موظّفين من دون فتح اعتماد، ما أثار ضجّة كبيرة. وأرفقت صعب مخالفتها بالتعهّد أمام شاشة التّلفزيون "الجديد" إعطاء العاملين في القسم المذكور حقوقهم، وإنصاف جومانا جبارة رئيسة القسم المعترضة لعدم خصولها على حقوقها الماليّة. لكنّ صعب راوغت إلى أنْ انقضت مهلة رفع الشّكوى القانونيّة، وتنكّرت لحقوق جبارة.
وأمّا على الصّعيد المهنيّ، فحدّث ولا حرج في التّمييز بين الأخبار الواردة إلى الوكالة تبعاً لموقع أصحابها السّياسيّ وعلى قاعدة 8 أو 14.
أخبار تحظى بنعمة البروز خبراً أوّليًّا، ومن ثمّ موسَّعاً وبالتّالي مُصَحّحاً، وأخرى تبقى قابعة في انتظار الإفراج عنها في آخر النّهار، وإنْ كانت واردة قبل صياح الدّيك الصّحافيّ. تكتّل يُهمّش وكتلة نيابيّة أخرى تُبرَز. نائب على اللائحة السّوداء وآخر على الـ V.I.P. وزير يحظى برضى "مملكة" الوكالة عليه، وآخر يُرفَعُ في وجهه "الحُرم" الإعلاميّ... فتكون النّتيجة كمَن يحاول إخفاء الشّمس عن بقعة انتشارها بوضع باهمَهُ حاجزاً... وتدفع الوكالة من رصيدها الثّمن، بعدما كانت لفترة خلت السبّاقة في الوصول إلى الخبر، ومرصدَ الصّحف والوسائل السّمعيّة والبصريّة.
صحيح أنّ تنامي الوكالات الخاصّة أثبت فعاليّته في ميدان الإعلام الإلكترونيّ، وصحيح أيضاً أنّ الوكالة الوطنيّة الرسميّة أظهرت - وللأسف - تقهقرها.
وفي ظلّ الاسطفافات السّياسيّة اختارت الوكالة موقعها السّياسيّ - الفئويّ بوضوح، وقد رسمته لها مديرتها الحاليّة، ولسنا نعلم إنْ كان ذلك بعلمٍ خفيّ من الوزير أم بثقة مفرَطة منه بالمديرة.
إنّ السّكوت عن سيل المخالفات يفجّر سؤالاً كبيراً: هل هو التّجاهل المقصود إيذاناً بإعلان وفاة مؤسّسة إعلاميّة عريقة خرّجت رعيلاً تلو الرّعيل من الصّحافيّين المقتدرين المشهود لهم بالكفاية؟
إنّ هذا التّساؤل يجد له مبرّراً في الحديث بين الحين والحين عن وجوب إقفال وزارة الإعلام أسوَةً بالدّول المتحضّرة. لكنّ الوزارة لطالما كانت سابقاً عنصر تهدِئة واتّزان في العمل الإعلاميّ، وهي لِمن يبحث عن أخبار هادئة موزونة خالية من الإثارة والتّحريض.
فهل انتزاع هذه الصّفات منها هو إيذانٌ لتوجيه الضّربة إليها بقوّة، وعلى أساسات الإعلام الرسميّ؟ أم أنّ ما يحدث هو أعمال "صبيانيّة" وتلك كارثة أكبر لأنّ الأمور تكون عندها سائرة في اتّجاه المهوار؟
وإلاّ لماذا لم يبادر وزير الإعلام بعد بتصويب المسار؟ وهل بات الأمر متروكاً للحكومة الجديدة لأنّ حكومة تصريف الأعمال تعدّ أيّامها المتناقصة؟
لا أيّها السّادة: المطلوب إنقاذ "الوكالة الوطنيّة للإعلام".

I know too much and that's why they are trying to make me look like a criminal or a crazy so that no one would believe me and in order to cover their deeds. They are trying to seperate my illegal arrest from the story, they are trying to say I am a volunteer, they are trying everything. Up to the people to be able to differentiate between right and wrong. Mind you that I am patient and will never give up.

Either you help them or you help fight corrupt ministers and ministries.

Joumana, what in your opinion was the purpose of the ministry in hiring you and robbing you? just to save a couple hundreds dollars on the back of your salary and spend them in champagne??
