BTW, more than half of the protestants in Lebanon are Armenian, so when you count the armenian voters in a district you should add about 50% of the protestant voters...

very nice message from the pathetic Maronite Church...

are we also going to set up the Inquisition courts and burn those blaspheming Baptists?

apparently, they don't read history and don't know that the night of St Bartholomew was not a very bright moment for the Catholic church...

Imagine if these are their feelings for the Baptists who after all are Lebanese Christians, what do they feel towards Lebanese muslims? lots of love I am sure...

Sorry you're right; so Bassem AlShabb is the only Protestant in the Paliament.

I was there the day the attack took place (it was day and at night) its next to my house, all the "wazawiz l se7a" young and old ones and the "abouna l ra3iye" and some other priests came and started throwing stones and bashing them even hitting some of them men and women.

The next day i asked some of those who were there why did they do all that, their reply was "****** **** **** ***** ***** protestant l ***** ******** ****** ****" i'm like so what if they are protestant ? their reply was "**** *** protestant **** hole metel shouhoud yahwa and they have no right to be here...etc."

as you can see we have a big lack of social education,

and i forgot to say that the police (darak) were there watching like it was a play in a theater,

Why are you guys so surprised? Keserouan is still in shock for building the Orthodox Church in Ballouni 15/20 years ago. We have a joke in Zouk that used to go like this. It's a conversation between two men, one Orthodox and another Marouni:

Quote:
Orthodox: I just came back from Italy. Did you know they're building a mosque right across from the Vatican?

Maronite: Wlak basita it gets worse... The Orthodox are building a church in Ballouni!
Lebanon is a sick sick sick country. What are you guys going to do if I ever go back to visit? Burn me at the stake for converting from maronite to Episcopalian?
