</td> <td class="art_ar" dir="rtl" valign="top">قطر قررت المساهمة في إعمار كل من بنت جبيل والخيام وعيناتا وعيتا الشعب. البحرين قررت بناء دير قانون النهر. الامارات أعلنت عن بناء قرية نموذجية لم تحددها بالاضافة الى تأهيل المدارس في الجنوب. والكويت ستعلن الأسبوع المقبل عن القرى التي ستساهم في بنائها، وقد طلبت لائحة من مجلس الجنوب لاختيار القرى منها. سوريا ستساهم في بناء قرى قانا وصديقين والقليلة، وقرر الهلال الأحمر التركي تولي بناء قريتي فرون والغندورية، لكن الرئيس السنيورة يريد إعطاءهما للسعودية من دون اتضاح الأسباب.
أما بالنسبة للجسور فقد تولت فرنسا بناء جسر الدامور الحديدي، وقرر كل من النائب سعد الحريري وشقيقه بهاء بناء جسري الأولي والزهراني، وايران بناء جسر طريق المطار، وبنك بيبلوس بناء جسر المدفون وقد حصل خلاف مع الحكومة على القيمة المالية لبناء الجسر.
وفي مناطق الجنوب قرر المواطن حسن حجيج بناء ثلاثة جسور ، والمواطن ابو علي زراقط بناء جسر الزرارية، ومجموعة من أهالي عربصاليم بناء جسرين عند حبوش، والمواطن أمل حوراني من مرجعيون بناء جسر الخردلي. </td></tr></tbody></table>

ماذا عن جسر الفدار - جبيل وهو الأعرض و الأطول والذي سيتسبب بزحمة سير خانقة عند بداية الجامعات والمدارس والأشغال؟

معلومات جانبيّة و مهمّة

تقدّم رئيس بلديّة الفدار بطلب إلى وزارة الأشغال و كان الطلب: 12 أنبوب عريض لتسهيل مرور المياه تحت الطريق الّتي أنشأت مؤخراُ بالقرب من الجسر لتفادي زحمة السّير... فكان الرّد: لن نعطيكم أكثر من 3 أنابيب... فقدّم رئيس البلدية من جديد طلب ولكن هذه المرّة بتسعة أنابيب... فكان الردّ: ستحصل على 6 أنابيب فقط

معلومات مهمّة:
تقع الطريق الجديدة فوق نهر قويّ كان يمرّ تحت الجسر... لذا يعلم رئيس البلديّة أن هذه الطريق الجديدة ستنزلق مع حلول فصل الشتاء و لكن الدّولة لم تأخذ بعين الإعتبار وجهة نظر رئيس البلديّة و أنشأت الطريق بستّة أنابيب

وبعد نهاية العمل على هذه الطريق، طُلب من رئيس البلديّة أن يرفع يافطة شكر لوزير الأشغال

في النهاية: يتضح للإنسان في وعيه الكامل أن هذه الدولة عندها أوليات

و منها: التحيات و الشكر لمن لا يعمل...

وتبقى الكلمة الأخيرة لرئيس البلديّة الّذي يملك صور عن كلّ الرسائل التي أرسلها إلى الحكومة و الّتي وصلته إلى الحكومة للعرض بعد إنهيار الطريق في فصل الشتاء وليعرف كلّ لبناني كيف تتعامل الدولة مع هكذا مواقف

I'm not here to defend Ra2is el Baladiyye... I know him personally, and he's working like no one in this country... but i can't shut my mouth without talking about it...

the man is doing his best to help the civilians from any accident that might happen in the near future especially during winter, and our dear beloved government cares about nothing but:

If this info is true, then the government is just continuing its usual behaviour while the so called chrisitan ministers are just sitting there.
They are in the government, they should do something meaningfull, but they aren't.
The question here is why doesn't FPM say smt about this publically?or even do smt about it?

PS:i was watching a report on canal+horizons a couple of days ago, it was about the after war in lebanon and the kana town, the camera crew was going around the town with the mayor of the city.and there was a segment where people practically kicked al safadi out of the city.

Maybe Mr. Samir Geagea (yitmajjad ismo) should build Al Fidar Bridge that way he can add building things to his Bio instead of the long list he already got in destroying things..... His pal Saad can surely help him with money issues maybe that way the list of his haters would decrease a bit......

هذا ليس بجديد على منطقة كسروان جبيل، فهي معزولة عن الخريطة لأن الإنتخابات النيابيّة لم تنتجّ للحكومة ما تريده، فالردّ يكون باغتصاب حقوق المدنيين! إنو زيارة لكسروان لا تكفي يا معالي الوزير

I suggest that FPM should start a Lebanon & worldwide campaign to rebuild the Fidar bridge. We cannot leave the people there opened to the arrogance and hypocrisy of the government along with the feb.14th so called christian defenders.

We can use all our means, mediatic, political, donations, pressure applying, and supporting anyone working for this from the ra2is al baladiye to the others.

The Council of Ministers Approves Byblos Bank's in Kind Donation to Rebuild the Fidar Bridge

“The Lebanese Council of Ministers granted Byblos Bank its approval for the in kind donation allocated to rebuild the Fidar bridge. Byblos Bank has commissioned Dar Al Handasah Shair & Partners to carry out the requested studies and designs in coordination with the concerned ministries and official bodies. The Bank will then designate a contracting company to take care of the execution the soonest possible.

This initiative is aimed at supporting Lebanon in an effort to re-establish communication among the Lebanese from different regions; such a step confirms the Bank’s commitment to fulfilling its national development role, especially in the hard times Lebanon is going through.

It is worth noting that Byblos Bank has always contributed to the reconstruction of Lebanon following the several wars that hit the country:

Following the Israeli attack on Lebanon in April 1996, Byblos Bank had granted a million dollar donation, in contribution to the reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure,

After the assassination of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in February 2005, Byblos Bank efficiently contributed to the national campaign aimed at reviving the downtown, the heart of Lebanon,

In September 2005, Byblos Bank allocated a million dollar donation to repair the damages that affected the residences and shops in Ashrafieh-Geitawi following the terrorist car explosion,

And today, after the cessation of the war in Lebanon, the Board of Directors of Byblos Bank has decided to rebuild, on its own expenses, the Fidar bridge- Byblos, that was destroyed by the Israeli bombs in July 2006.
