yes , the OTV is on the jadwal el a3mel , tomorrow we'll get the license and in 6 months OTV will be ready to launch !

It is a positive sign that in a democracy must have different TVs with different points of views, although not everybody might agree but this is the basics of democracy.
I hope that our Lebanese media will always have a free voice to express their opinions and programs freely without having to fear of a political armed group and their terrorists allies.

Will OTV have propaganda in it...or only the truth...??

And is it possible they can put a show with girls wearing bikinis and wrestling in a shallow swimming pool?

I think a new tv station needs to try NEW IDEAS for its shows.

Maybe having it's own reality show...real-world Beirut...and have 7 strangers living in a chalet...and work as sandwich makers in BlissHouse...

And have scenes with all of them getting drunk and having fights on the street with russian girls and darak....

That would make GREAT TV....

I think and wish that OTV will have more educational and respectful programs. Anyway, my feeling is that the OTV will surprise lots of people positively (negatively for the jealous)

PLEASE ya dude...

You can't expect people to tune in to "educational" things all the time...somtimes you just need to have some good TV...and by good TV, I mean entertainment. Drama makes TV watchable...and it gets people watching.

How is OTV going to reach its goal when we have a fat lady wearing an ugly sweater telling us the news...

We need Lamita Franjieh in a revealing outfit telling us the weather...

Do THAT and see how many people will tune in to LBC news in the evening anymore........

You have all the TVs to offer you what you're asking. And btw, by educational I didn't mean that the TV must restrict its programs on documentaries or whatever, but it'll offer good quality programs such as lebanese TV series with interesting stories...
