Relax Lebanese_dream , when it is put in the official newspaper means that the GVT still have to give only the official signature only. The most important step to have the council approval we took it. So it is i think only a matter of days. Please listen carefully on Sawt el Ghad what the presenter said at the end and u will know what i meant.
this is not new! let's hope otv will do a great job! we already have sawt el ghad as an example to how you can project a good image of yourself by being sincere! let's hope otv will succeed in giving that same image!
