You want people to vote for you based on these wonderful promises you make to them to save their country. Pies in the skies!

Seeing that so far these MPs and those MPs have managed very few achievements for the people, or anything that anyone noticed anyway, so what's wrong with few services especially if they are offered few months before a historic (yet another one!) election?

I certainly wouldnt vote for MP khoury based on his good looks. He looks too maronite to me and if few x-rays help him over the line it shows that his pragmatism did get the better of his common sense.

If this looks to you people like buying votes, so be it. Loyalty costs money nowadays. Other parties have managed to do that successfully and emulating thier successful techniques would hardly be a cause to begrudge and believe me it will do you no harm. So get off your moral superiority and down from your ivory towers. This is a country where kell shater bishtartou.

You want you MPs to rise above petty bribes, put them on a pedestal and surround them with burning incense so we can all kowtow to their potential achievements without ever seein their rewards.

You are not really trying to tell me that Lebanon does not live in the Middle ages. To be correct I reckon it hasnt even moved to the dark ages yet let alone the Mideaval ages.
Loyalty "costed" money then and will continue to do so in some form or another. Mazra3a was, is and will always be. Just because you wish it to be otherwise doesnt mean it's going to be anytime soon. So deal with the reality as it is. This is the final election where the FPm will have any influence on elections so make the most of it. Khadamat walla bala khadamat.
