All they need is 64+1.Back in 2005,after karami's goverment fell down,the majority back than re elected karami however the guy was decent (mich metel el masater halla2) and didn't accept the role since there was no 2/3.
But he could have accepted and formed a goverment.

Last year,sanyoura did not get the 2/3 and was reelected as PM.So they basically need 64+1...

Nasrallah didnt mention the blocking third during his two post-elections speeches. They are willing to enter the government without it.
