The President, in my opinion, should get 4 ministries: 2 Christian, 1 Shiite and 1 Sunni!
He should get kaake.

The ministers that he will get are already counted with the Loyalists' quota

Military source to As-Safir: Allouch’s accusations against Hezbollah aim at pressuring the party

August 24, 2009

A high-ranking military official told As-Safir newspaper on Monday that former Future Movement MP Mustapha Allouch’s accusations against Hezbollah of forming armed cells in Tripoli are “inaccurate,” adding that he resorted to political pressure rather than facts.

The source stressed that the security situation in Tripoli is under control.

A Future Movement source in turn told the daily that Allouch did not coordinate with the movement leader, Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, before issuing his statement, adding that Allouch’s information is based on personal sources.

An opposition source also said that claims that Hezbollah is forming militias in Tripoli only aim at pressuring the party to make Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Michel Aoun give up his demands for reappointing his son-in-law, Telecommunications Minister Gebran Bassil, and being granted a sovereign ministry. However, the source said that Hezbollah would not be able to persuade Aoun to change his position “despite the mounting pressures.”

The source asked, “What does Hariri benefit from instigating sectarian strife?” and voiced doubt that an official from the Future Movement, a reference to Allouch, would go against Hariri’s call to avoid disputes.

ya LF, cause you all have the same lame justification/thinking, FPM is not "given" MPs, whereas your MPs are "given" to you, and you know that pretty well thanking jumblat and hariri.

AND, let hariri form the government the way he wants , "IF" he can do it alone (internally) and without his masters(it seems they are many) agreement . aslan NO ONE asked your (LF) opinion, nor hariri neither any party who is concerned in forming that government.

The FPM without Marada, SSNP, Tashnaq and Arslan got about 13-15 MP's which means they deserve 3 wizara fully FPM. If LF or Kataeb have 5 MP's each and they are going to get 2 ministers each then FPM should get 6 MP's without allies. This is only fair. WJ has about 14 MP's and he will be getting three.

It looks like the only plan is to take down FPM.

C&R:

19 FPM and Pro-FPM Indepedents
3 Marada
2 Aslan
2 Tashnaq
1 Tadamon

We have 27 MP's. We made a concession of one seat (from 6 to 5 in govt). I think our share with be distributed as follows:

3 FPM
1 Marada (Tadamon is part of Marada bloc)
1 Tashnaq

What happens to Aslan?
And what happens to Skaff's bloc?

Good, so now Bassil may be safer to join the government with the telecommunications portfolio, let's see what Hariri will do with the other FPM demand the Interior ministry. Maybe this time he will have to travel to the moon and not KSA to get inspired
