If LF will have a seat
If Kataeb will have a seat
So the % will be: each 5 deputees will have a Seat
So C&R MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5
More generic, if LF or Kataeb have X seats, FPM Must have 5.5 x X seats, simple
So before attacking FPM on its %, fix the % of LF & Kataeb and then come back.
