GMA: yes but you are giving me too many details. I have asked OTV and Sawt el Ghad not to divulge anything.
President Sleiman has asked me to put a paper for the defense.

GMA: President Sleiman will have to travel a lot this month, and all the papers that were presented need time to be studied.

GMA: the problem is that we are dealing with each other with different understanding of the resistance. I do want to talk in the media about the defense startegy. But the Lebanese army with its limited economic and human capabilities can't stand against any army in the Middle East. That's why the resistance is the army of the poor people, the man faces the machine, and the resistance and the harb el 3issabet is necessary. This is why we say if we want defense, we are bound this formula of the army (nizameh) with the resistance that helps the army in the defense.
Now we are not an army that attacks, but rather to defend Lebanon, and this resistance's guerilla style is needed for that.

GMA: I want to see if the resistance is achieving a chiite goal, the I would say it is a chiite resistance. If it is achieving a national goal, then we can't call it chiite resistance.

نحن نصر على الخصخصة ولكن لماذا لا نحسن شروط الخصخصة؟

نحن نعتقد أن شروط الخصخصة الحالية غير صالحة، هناك شروط أحسن وأربح للدولة، الأنصار القدم للخصخصة يريدون أن يقفوا سد في وجه توسيع الشبكة، وهناك أعمال تأخير وأشخاص لا يريدون أن يعملوا، التقنية موجودة وهم لا يقومون بعملهم

مهما كان الوضع، أكنا في حالة حرب أو سلم، علينا أولا الإلتزام بالقوانين، فإذا رأس الحكم لا يحترم القانون كم بالحري الشعب؟ المسؤول هو القدوة ويجب أن يكون متزمت في تطبيق القوانين

بالنسبة لموضوع تقنين الكهرباء، جدول التقنين واضح، وتغذية كل المناطق بالتيار الكهربائي هو طلب عادل، ولماذا تكون بيروت مميزة، يجب أن تتم مساواتها بكل المناطق، هل أصبحت باقي المناطق مستعمرات لبيروت، يبدو أن لا أحد يفهم كيفية العمل في مصلحة كهرباء بيروت، هناك مرحلتين يتم تخفيف المصروف الكهربائي فيها منها فصل تشرين، حيث يتم ترييح بعض السنترالات لأجل الصيانة وليس لحرمان المواطنين من الكهرباء

هذا النقد هو فجور، سكان بيروت على الرأس والعين، ولكن لبنان لا ينحصر ببيروت، بيروت ترمي قمامتها على كل المناطق وهي تبقى نظيفة، أبناء الزوق يختنقون من الشحتار وأهالي بيروت يتنعمون بالكهرباء

حكم السنيورة غير بصير وارتجالي، كل سنة يزيد المصروف بالكهرباء 4% ولم يقوموا بزيادة أي سنترال حتى اليوم، هذا النقص مقصود لأنه يريدون كسر شركة كهرباء لبنان لخصخصتها، لو الدولة لديها نظرة كان بامكانها ان تصمم ارخص كهرباء وأكبر كمية ممكنة، اماذا لم يتم اعداد اي خزانات لاستيعاب الغاز

القرار السياسي مجرم بحق اللبنانيين، هل تهاجم الصحافة المخالفات على مستوى الدولة، ينتظرون عون ليتكلم ليقوموا بكيل الشتائم له، هل تمكنت الصحافة من كشف أي موضوع وملاحقته

يوجد حل للكهرباء، فيجب ألا يتم وضه العصي بالدواليب، الحل لن يتم بشكل مفاجئ

يجب وضع استراتيجية تنفيذية وتم تقديم اوراق لوضع الاستراتيجية الدفاعية، وكلفني الرئيس بوضع ورقة نهائية، وأصبح لدينا ملف نقوم بدرسه وهي بحاجة لبعض الوقت، الرئيس سليمان جدي بهذا الموضوع، وتم تأجيل الحوار على سبيل المزاح من 4 الى 5 تشرين كي لا تتعارض مع الانتخابات الاميركية

GMA: we are m3arradin to instability. It started with the war, then the incidents that happened during the manifestations. We have warned and wrote Ban ki Moon about the weapons everywhere, and now we are seeing weapons everywhere and armed clashes.

GMA: when the closeness happens between the parties and clashes persist there are 2 explanations, either the parties are not serious about it, doing it just for show off, or that the beast they created does not answer them anymore and is helped by external parts.
